    Worst management ever!!!

    We were served with spoilt food.when we complained there were no proper response from the management. Moreover they were very rude in the way they responded back. Highly unacceptable behaviour and inappropriate words from them. That too the persons sitting in the bill desk.... Very very rude and worst behaviour.we have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 to 20 years.. but after this incident we have decided not to step into this hotel even by mistake.... More

    Pease do not stay in this hotel staff are very rude and no customer service skills whatsoever all male staff very old and will grant your request only if bribed even to clean the rooms unless money is given in advance its like a government hospital or even worse.TripAdvisor this is the third time I'm posting this review and it is not updated so how are tourist going to know I do not want them to have the same experience as we did.I have attached photos in my previous reviews....     Visiting this place for >40 years. South India menu items are very tasty. No match to its Butter Dosa with a bit of banana leaf. Hard to find Mysore Masala Dosa is my favorite. Menu offers a range of Thalis. Fully satisfying meals. Beeda / Pan was average. Car parking easy. Service very good. Ambience cries for attention.... More

    Stayed here for a day to attend a wedding,rooms are old but block 3 has a variety arrangement of rooms which were constructed spirally,inside of the hotel greenary is good,fish pond at the entrance,food is average,breakfast is good.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
