    The hotel rooms are not very neat and clean. The service was at its worst. The light of our washroom was not working and when we asked them to replace it they evn did not bothered to replace it and instead gave lame excuses like it will take more 3-4 hours. Does it takes 3-4 hours to change a light? Also, the bedsheet was so untidy I found some hair in it. The very next day I changed my hotel and will not like to visit this place again.... More

    Hotel not fit even for a street beggar

    I had the misfortune of booking a STANDARD Non-AC room in this hotel on redbus. Booking was made in February 2017. When I and my wife checked in on 12th April 2017, we were allotted a room on 4th floor. The room was not even fit for a street beggar. The bath room was so dirty that my wife felt nauseated. The cooler was broken and not working. (Photographs) .When we pointed it out to the Manager as well as the owner, we were shown another room which was not STANDARD room as shown on the website. When we refused to stay in this hotel, the manager offered another room with AC for an extra charge of Rs.300, which we had to pay because we were tired. This AC room was also not of any standard. TV was out of order. There was no wi-fi in the room and not even in the hotel. Bed sheets provided to us were torn and with half a dozen large holes in each . Pests moved about freely in the room.(Photographs ). The Manager at the time of our check out was informed about our plight. He did not take any cognizance and talked very rudely. The hotel is not fit for travelers who book their accommodation on line. My submission to redbus or goibibo is to remove this hotel from their website so that gullible travelers like me who book online on these travel websites are not taken for a ride.     trust me its worse hotel, i booked online when i entired in the hotel its look okay okay on the reception area but onces i see the room condition that was really shocking..walls are very dirty,broken mirrior,very dirty toilet and no wife availables the rooms (only wifi is available in reception areas) i already paid 2000 rs when i asked them to return my money thay refused to return my money. they said u made payment online so they cant return money. i left that hotel that point of time. one more thing there are 2 hotel as same name 1-Ashoka continental Hotel 2- New Ashoka Contininetal Hotel guys im talking about Ashokha Continental (worse hotel)...     First of all when I went to check in they insisted for the booking print out and for which they had no provision to print but I had to go out and pay abnormal to get the details printed and after that only they permitted.while booking I had the confirmation that I will be provided with one bottle of mineral water but nothing provided and when asked they simply refused.rooms are not so clean and toilet wad with leaking taps. ...     While When I entered Hotel It Seems like a oak hotel and also very near to the railway station. Service is like you could receive at a Guest House. Food ordered comes after 1 hours and 30 mins and not worth at all BATHROOMS ARE DIRTY. REST ALL IS OKK AS PER THE BUDGET. ... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
