Bugs were scattered everywhere in the rooms on the beds and in the washrooms as well. Please do not opt this hotel if you really care your hygiene, it is the most unhygienic hotel I have come across. I have few pics of the rooms so that you can better imagine, how hard this was to stay. we booked this hotel for three nights but I would say they made us to stay in those shabby rooms and we had no other options as we checked in late night.... Budget hotel with small rooms
    on Nov 24, 2017
This is a hotel for business travellers only, mostly 1 day stay. Rooms are small, enough for a couple just to stay but most of them don't have windows. Carry your own tooth paste, press & other toiletries - they don't provide any of these. There is a small TV, small wardrobe hanger, washroom is OK. No windows to most rooms, this keeps away the noise from the main road. Lot of eateries next to this hotel. Public transport like autos are available throughout the day for easy commute from this hotel.... More

Stayed in FabHotel Ashir Inn Marol. Terrible is an understatement. Ultra small Rooms, stained linen (smelling blankets, stained bed spreads)- it was pure torture. They are very environment friendly- the hotel saves water by washing blankets once in 2 months perhaps and bed sheets once a month. Have not seen such a stained pillow even in a country side lodge. No windows in the room- power keeps tripping all the time, poor toiletries and bad location. Meanwhile, they also take good care of your health- by giving a weight conscious breakfast- Breakfast (served in the room) was super- half plate poha and half cup cold tea. No coffee maker, no newspaper and no morning tea (was told that tea would be available only after 8.00 am). Great experience indeed!. Stay here if you have no other option.... More

Near the airport, suffices for a brief stay at cheap rates
    on Jan 31, 2017
Had gone for a short trip to Mumbai with my brother-in-law. Landed at the Mumbai airport Terminal 2, took an auto rickshaw from the airport to the hotel. Reached in 20 minutes by 7:30 am there was limited early morning traffic. Hotel front desk employee was sleeping and one of the helpers was around. Asked us to wait till 10 am. However, by 8:30 they DID provide us with the only room that had twin beds. Was a very small room with just enough space to move. Had a TV and a wooden table to keep the luggage box. No cupboards, only few hangers kept on the hooks embedded in the door. The bathroom was ok. The area behind and below the bed was not really clean, but the entire hotel seems to have had a paint job about a year back so overall not too dirty. Towels were not threadbare, but neither fluffy luxury. One soap, one sachet of shampoo and one sachet of coconut oil were provided. Had an in-bathroom water heater, so hot water could be availed at all times. Water pressure was fine. Air conditioner worked effectively. NOTE: Room had NO windows at all, so those who feel claustrophobic - beware! The hotel does not have a restaurant/kitchen, but the staff would procure on demand light food and beverages from the next door restaurant. We were supposed to get breakfast as it was included in the rate, but we did NOT get it. Overall, if you need a place to sleep the night rather than sit it out at the airport, then it is fine. We slept one night there. We checked out next day morning, left our luggage there and collected it later in the evening. An auto rickshaw driver commented as we were leaving the hotel in the evening, that this was more a short time hotel where couples would go for some "private time", though we are not sure if that is the case as we didn't quite see any such activity, but factually we were hardly in the hotel other than the one night where we would have slept through an earthquake as we were so tired. Hotel room, was priced reasonably by Mumbai standards.... More
