    First and foremost, despite calling and booking the specific room i requested for almost 2 weeks before arrival and checking with Mr Srinivasan, the room was not available when we arrived and another guest was in the room. This is not good customer service. No dependability. Secondly, the cleanliness of the beds and bathroom is highly questionable. Last but not least, i immediately vacated this hotel the next night when my hands were terribly itchy while sleeping overnight. We found bedbugs on the beds and the hotel constantly sprays bedbug mediines that stinks all day long. Last but not least the receptionist Suresh is arrogant and rude. The whole energy of this place is a bit iffy. Hotel Urvashi or Krishna Inn next door is a much better bet. And U Hotel is almost ready for guests in early 2020.... More

    Hotel room was small as well as having bugs. wi fi ws not working. hotel staff also was not courtiest. It is in the busy market of T nagar. Near by places for roaming and chennai food was ok.i will nt recommend this hotel for anyone ... More

    The hotel is ideally located at T Nagar, the hub of shopping in Chennai. It has very good accessibility and well connected. The service is good and rooms are very decent. The checkout is 24 hrs which is very convenient and it definitely is value for money.... More

    They do not disclose the rules properly.. Initially they told that they will not calculate 24 hours accurately.. ie. They said they won't charge extra if I stay some more time extra after 24hours. But, during checkout they charged one day additional charge for 1 hour extra stay. They are not trustworthy.... More

    Worst hotel I stayed and felt cheated by staff

    We booked the hotel through OYO, and as such got a discount also. It's a budget hotel. It has a scary old lift. No kettles, iron or toilet paper given. I think toilet fittings are new. The geezer should be switched on from outside (there is a person outside the room, and whenever we want hot water to bath we have to ask him to switch it on). The receptionist (both - one in daytime as well as in night) are just money oriented and are not helpful at all. We wanted to book a taxi from hotel to Chennai central and they charged INR 500 (initially asked for 600) and giving so many reasons and ultimately the driver got only INR 300. The additional INR 200 was pocketed by the receptionist without doing anything. We didn't have a local SIM, if not we could had booked a fast track taxi. Also they were not happy to see us sitting in the lobby. Luckily we stayed only one day. Next few days we stayed in another hotel in Chennai (their staff was very friendly). Will not stay in this place again. Free breakfast is given it seems, but we couldn't check that. Location also not good. There are not much very good shops nearby. And side road where the hotel is located is very stinky compared to other roads. ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
