Hotels is perfect to location ...Overall great place...great food, room view to swimming pool .. staff is very cooperative.excellent cleanliness only 1 disadvantage of local transportation and market 2 km away

hotel is good , have all sort of services u need , great food , great location , only drawback is that there is no mobile network coverage inside network , and free wifi is there but same issue not connected rest all fine ,

Room & room service was good but the location is not convenient. The hotel is 2 km from the local market. Their restaurant was not up to that level. They should upgrade their restaurant. Their door didn't lock properly. I think the place is not suitable for the tourist.

The pictures shown and the real hotel are different. The rooms are small with dirty bedsheets and the food was awful. Swimming pool is empty. Overall I had a very bad experience with their service. Wont recommend to anyone unless u want a cheap hotel.
Poor cleaning and service compare to price

I have booked Hotel Aristro for 21-22 May 2017, 2 nights stay at Lonavala. But it was very disappointing stay and service. Here are the problems we faced. I travelled with my wife, son, brother-in-law and mom.
~ There was a huge lake of cleanliness in whole property. Just reception area and restaurant was clean. Else, our room, passage, stairs - you can see spiders and spider-web everywhere. When we were given the rooms at 12pm, Whole corridor wasn't broomed or wiped. They were cleaning and it looked like no one booked this property since long time. If you walk without footwear, you can feel stickiness which says that they haven't cleaned the floor for atleast 7-10 days. Situation is recorded in photos which I can email you if you like to see.
~ Swimming pool wasn't clean. I requested on the day I checked in. but still it was same for all 3 days. Leaves, insects, feathers were swimming with us. Also, water was so dirty so you can't see the pool bottom. They have put a sign board at entrance of property saying "Pool is open of all @ Rs 250". And there were 5-6 persons on first day from local village and same on next day. So, where is our privacy, security, safety when we are paying this money?
~ Lift wasn't working so mom had to use stairs 3-4 times a day.
~ They have kitchen ladder at end of the corridor, so whole corridor was stinking. Its ladder shows the situation of whole area in video-photos.
~ Bathroom shower handle was broken, so whenever we try to turn, it comes out. Wash basin has mixture tap which was huge in size of basin, so whenever you start the tap, water flows on you.
~ Spiderweb were seen in corridor, in our room, at stairs etc. Games zone was just a storage area of mattress and useless stuff.
~ We were ready to go for sightseeing on 22nd morning at 7:30am. But breakfast wasn't ready until 8:20am. I was told by one of the guy at reception that we will make it ready by 8am. So, we were getting late. We left without having breakfast.
~ We gave our room keys to reception at 8:15am on 22nd for cleanup. But when we can back at 1:40pm, the room wasn't done at all. The manager said, "our staff is at lunch, will make it in 10-15 mins". What the hell they did for 5 hours when we gave the keys? And when the guy came for cleaning, he didn't clean bathrooms, didn't change towels, didn't put water bottles, didn't put shampoo-soap. And the way he did brooming, I must admit that I am far-far better room cleaner then him. He wasn't interested to do anything at all. Just sprayed some liquid at 1 spot and then wiped whole room. I have to request reception for bathoom cleaning, so reception guy asked him and then he did. Once he left, then we came to know that he didn't change towels, shampoo etc. So, I had to request reception for everything again.
So, overall experience was horrible. The property looked like a guest house. It doesn't make the property "HOTEL" whether you provide swimming pool, game zone or furniture in the room. Guests need best service so we can think of the property every time when we plan the trip. I would rather choose to stay in Dharmshala or a lodge rather than paying to this hotel.
