    This hotel is just 1.5 km from the railway station. Rooms are nice, very clean and specious. Complementary pick up from railway station was smooth. Complementary breakfast was good. Restaurant is good, but little over priced. The dinner buffet was nice and price was moderate. There are multiple restaurants very nearby. The travel desk is really good and the price is also affordable. Overall we had a great stay.... More

    A recipe for disaster - U will regret it - Trust Me

    I stayed at a Business Class Room with Breakfast for 2 days which was one of their best rooms to stay as per them and it was the Worst Experience Ever, I cannot stress anymore. I had called them a day before to check I could check in may be an hour early and they said it wont be a problem, when I finally arrived it was more than an hour after the check Inn time and I was expecting to get the room in no time, at the check Inn counter they told us to wait and we got our room after sitting in the reception for a full hour this was very frustrating. The AC wasn't working and after struggling to turn it on I called reception to get it fixed, after a couple of reminders a guy came and told me to wait as the AC switch is located somewhere outside the room and he would go and turn it on , after 10 mins it did work. The room looked like a cheap and dirty apartment where someone has lived for 10 years, trust me - I'll upload the pics here you can check it out yourself. Later that night I turned on the TV just to find that it wasn't working as well, it was missing a Card in the Set of Box . So I had to call them again 2 times just to get them to check it out, the came and told me that there is a problems with all the TV's at the hotel and it would get fixed by next morning. Next night at the hotel I called them again as the TV was still out of order and since they totally ignored it I had to go personally down to the reception and tell them that if they ignore my complaint again I would complain to the owner of the place. The same guy that came last night showed up his name was "Ram Raj" when I told him that the Tv still isn't working he raised his voice on me saying why am I calling him again and I should have spoken to the guy from the other shift and not bother him, I told him I want the TV to work that's all. After waiting more than 1 hr and 30 mins trying to fix the TV when it was 12:30 at night he said that if I want a Tv I would have to change my room, I said thank you and closed my hotel door. The location of the hotel is very chaotic but its located near the bus stand and Railway Station. They breakfast they served at the buffet was totally tasteless and it only looks good in pics. There we so many cheaper and better options to choose from but I made a huge mistake of thinking that it would be a great place to stay. Every time me and wife entered the hotel some on the other staff used to ask "Are you Together or Is the Booking made for 1 or 2 people ?" I would request all to completely ignore this place, its absolutely a recipe for disaster and will mess up you experience of the Beautiful Pink City.   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
