    Be prepared to check into a room which has cigarette butts in the dust bin, toilet seat not cleaned, windows that don't shut and doors that don't open... but it has a bed and a fan and an aircon.. The receptionist has a funny logic as to why the bathroom window wont be repaired .. " how will the toilet smell leave the toilet" he quips.. and what about insects, thieves, and not to mention the potential threat from depressed gamblers who throng Panjim for its Casinos...Hmmm.. its never happened before, so it wont happen.. Did we say Denial is a river in Egypt.. Shocking for such a property to call itself a hotel.. may be the city administration should round up such properties after inspection and set some basic standards to run a hotel especially in a heavily tourist infested city. And the cute receptionist knows that you would have survived a really uncomfortable and insecure night so he asks you coyly next morning " Wont you be checking out today Sir" " You are damn right buddy, I am surely checking out" No wonder it is located next to a pathology lab.....     I have been travlling to goa frequently for lat 13 years to Goa and each time i stay at hotel Arcadia. Its almost second home. Its at prime location with all amenities and good staff. So it is best budget hotel for business travelers.... More

    Stayed Twice in this Hotel while on business visit.Very Good Hotel for all business travellers with economical room tariff. Stayed in Super Deluxe room which was very specious,neat and clean.All Super Deluxe rooms has spacious balconies also. They don't have Restaurant as such but you can get Tea and Breakfast in morning. But if you are coming for Holidays better to stay in Coastal areas like Calangut,Baga,Anjuna.... More

    I discovered this hotel for the fist time in 1998 by accident. I was visiting on an official trip and because of scarcity of mid class hotels i was looking around for a reasonable place for a couple of nights. While walking down the streets to buy cashew nuts i suddenly noticed an entrance next door to the shop to what seemed to be a hotel of some sort, and sure enough, it was!! it looked neat and tidy in the small reception area.. much to my delight. I crossed my fingers and prayed that it would be the same in the rooms. i cheeked out the small a/c non a/c rooms and they were good for a boys wanting to ramble the whole day and return only to sleep. Then i cheeked the came the deluxe rooms, they were huge compared to standard hotel rooms and very good for couples and families. Then came the super deluxe with balconies which i highly recommend. Clean rooms, cleaner toilets/bathrooms and balconies the size of verandahs. I stayed in the river (although you cant see the river itself) facing room. This is a minimalistic hotel with huge, clean, rooms and toilets/bathrooms, with all the basic creature comforts at very reasonable prices at the heart of Panaji city.     This is a simple hotel with excellent location. Near the Municipal Market of Panjim, and yet on a quiet street , The hotel is close to shops, little restaurants with local fare and also international upscale restaurants, shopping, boutiques , jewelers and a lot of clean street food.the hotel itself is 4 storeyed building with rooms on every floor both single double and A/C and Non A/C , all reasonably priced. The hotel has no restaurant of its own but simple breakfast , tea, coffee, sandwiches is served throughout the day. The service is excellent . the staff is very helpful . Its very safe for women traveling alone. .... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
