    Booked a 2bhk apartment with more than basic amenities included. The rooms were neat and tidy plus spacious. Air-conditions in all rooms and the caretaker was of excellent help. He visited daily to ask if we need anything, the owner also provided a maid to us for cleaning the apartment every day at no extra cost. The location is superb too. Arpora is a prime location and all the popular beaches are nearby. Overall an excellent experience staying at this property. Good value for money if the group size is of 6 people.... More

    I stayed at Aqua Grandiosa for 4 days in the first week of October. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I must say it was definitely a good, relaxing and hassle free experience The flat and society is good, very clean and very safe for families. The location is awesome and very near to Baga and Anjuna. The host was warm and proactively followed on all the aspects to make the stay comfortable. Few Tips: If you need something request the host in advance and that can be arranged Carry some snacks with you during the travel - as you wont have room service and home delivery might take time Being in Goa you will be at ease if you hire a vehicle else commute is going to be difficult. The nearby restaurants are not that great - Salt and 23. However that should not be a concern since - Baga is nearby so you can enjoy the shacks.     I booked this for 2 nights, it was very familiar atmosphere.Pool was very clean and big, my son to much happy for swim in that pool. The manager Venu Gopal sir is also very helpful.he is very polite for all people.I was in some problem bt he helps me like he is my big brother.thanx to him. care taker boy Ravi is also helpful. About flat it was very good. AC is also working good. washroom is also clean. Definitely i will go their again n again. Thanx to Monica mam , Sanjeev Sir , VenuGopal Sir & Ravi.... More

    This appt is on the 4th floor. Lift is nearby, own parking area. Just had a great time with my friends. Awsome pool as well. just 2 minutes walk., kitchen was good.. fully air conditioned appt. Casa Melhor staff were there always to assist us. Beaches and all other attractions were just a few minutes drive.... More

Hotel Aqua Goa is located in Bardez at a distance of 2 km from Baga Beach and 5 km from Mazal Waddo Bus Stop. Guests staying at the accommodation in Goa are provided with free breakfast and Wi-Fi connectivity. Accommodation is provided in eight spacious guestrooms spread across four floors. Each room is equipped with an air-conditioner, telephone, television and coffee table with chairs. The rooms also have kitchenettes while the attached bathrooms provided with toiletries and supplied with hot and cold running water.

Hotel Check-in Time is 11 AM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
