    I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 2-days in MARCH 17. Location is near to lift and near to Gurudwara (around 150m). Manager - Mr. Budhi Singh is very nice person. Rooms are very basic; however having valley view from 2nd floor rooms only. Running hot water is problem. Bathroom were stinking. This hotel is meant for Solo Traveller only.... More

    The hotel is located on the main road near to the lift (4-5 min walk) near municipal corporation parking so it was easy to reach mall road by taking lift to mall. The hotel owner Mr. Budhi singh is a very nice person. He provided us everything we want in our meals. They have a simple kitchen with home made food. For awesome view, try the deluxe rooms. House keeping staff was also good. Overall our stay was pleasant.... More

    I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2-days in last week of Sep'14. I got the reference of this hotel from "Bhraman" magazine. Location is near to lift (around 200m) and near to Gurudwara (around 150m). Manager - Mr. Budhi Singh is very nice person. Rooms are very basic; however having valley view from 2nd floor rooms only. Running hot water is problem. In house kitchen has very limited options of menu. You can try at dhabas near Gurudwara for lunch & dinner. Old hotel (established in 80's) but not upgraded. Cleanliness is a problem.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
