    This hotel is very much on budget Even the room provided to me was pretty decent.The behavior of the hotel stuff was too bad.The water heater was not working and I complained and learned that they dont even have a maintaince team for this......... More

    One of the third class hotel in India. The first impression was not good. The behavior of the hotel stuff was too bad. Even they dont want to provide me door mate the bathroom was very bad. Even the area was not good to stay there. I advise all of you to plz dont try to book room in this hotel. The manager of this hotel is not good he denied to take payment by card he shows different reason for not accepting card payment. I have to walk aprox 200 metre for 🏧 ... More

    OYO Hotel but Oh No! Experience

    I had been traveling some time, was a bit weary, and needed to stay somewhere, without moving, for a few days. Pahar Ganj is noisy and crowded, yet interesting for shopping. I knew this but I saw the big OYO sign at Anoop Hotel and thus thought it would be an ok place for a couple of nights. I was shown a pretty decent room, one w/AC that was at the end of a hall away from the street. It was quiet and had been redecorated. I told the reception that i wanted the room for 2 nights and would return within an hour with my luggage. When i returned, as promised, I was told that the room had been rented by someone through OYO. What?! So i was taken to another room, not as nice but workable.That room proved to be unsuitable, however, because the AC could not be adjusted and stayed at 18 degrees. I complained and learned that they already knew there was a problem in that room.. So room #3 turned out to be noisy, filled with light from the hallway all night. The next morning i was given the original room shown. I surmised that they had only a few OYO rooms, which were much better than the others. And with me when i first came, it was something of a bait and switch. The overall hotel, though, is the same no matter if a person is an OYO guest or not. The wifi was not a secure site, the young staff was very noisy, there was debris throughout the hallways and the management, in general, was surly.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
