    Shabby looking interior

    My wife and I made our journey to Manali from Shimla on 11 January 2017 at night. We booked this hotel from Shimla, and the owner of the hotel at Shimla referred us to this hotel saying it was his property. We reached Manali at around 3:30 am at dawn, and as instructed from the hotel owner in Shimla, we called over the Manager, Mr. Raj Kumar to pick us up. He was nice enough to tell us that it would take some time to arrange for a pick-up, and asked us to wait for an hour or so. He also told us that if we saw any taxi or car coming towards the city, we could ask the driver for a drop to hotel. We waited for half an hour, and got hold of a taxi. The taxi driver was also nice enough to drop us to the hotel, and the Manager also arranged a room for us. The room was at first floor, adjacent to the stairs. Though our booking was made beforehand, the manager did charge us for the early check-in, which the hotel owner confirmed we didn't need to pay for. The room furniture was shabby looking, the bed sheets had faded colors and the carpet inside the room was stinky. The blankets they provided were also dirty. The fresh room was comparatively clean, and had hot water supply to comfort us in the shivering cold. The five-storied hotel had other rooms, but as we had planned to stay there for a night only, my wife convinced me not to ask the hotel authority for a change of room. The hotel also had a restaurant in the ground floor, but it was unclean and smelly with shabby looking furniture. They took extra charges for room heaters as well. From the hotel, it is a 15 to 20 minutes walk to Mall road and the bus station. When we visited Manali, it had heavily snowed and the roads were mostly blocked. If anyone is traveling there during snow time, we strongly suggest to stay at hotels nearer/adjacent to Mall road. This hotel is situated at Nagar road, which is far from the central Manali. All in all, judging by the establishment, amenities and location, we would say this is an average hotel, good for solo or group travelers, but families/couples should look for better options.... More

    stayed only a night in the hotel asked what the per night charges told 1100/- as I sat on bed it broke down, (old furniture ), changed room , every thing seen alright but as I opened water for face wash no water in cold water tube only hot water, also as I turned water handle for shower, that handle came out , whole night water was on floor didn't sweep away , when I called manger in morning info about these issues hesaid won't do any thing best he can do asked me to leave in a very threatening way' nikal jao' and upfront told me tat this room per night charges 1800/-. I was completely shocked and felt cheated. decided to leave as soon as possible . NEVER BOOK this hotel they have Liars and poor conditioned room... More

    An average and decent hotel with a great service. We reached there early morning 3 AM still the people there helped us for settling down. Rooms are really nice but average. Hot water available, but if you use once you need to wait for some times to get the water to be heated. Good food and service.... More

    Its a decent property in anali tostay with family and friends. I ike this hotel very much because of there staff nature, staff are very friendly and helpfull, they help me a lot during stay. Room and hotel was neat and clean and well maintain. Food was also good. Location is average. View is amamzing.... More

Overview

This 2 Star property is set amid lush green forests and snow-lapped peaks of Himalayas, and on the left bank of Beas River. Overlooking this mesmerizing view are its 37 comfortable rooms. It is maintained with a multi-cuisine restaurant. The terrace space presents an ideal venue to lounge at, which is maintained with bon fire facility. Guests are also offered complimentary pick up facility from bus stand to the hotel.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
