    The manager committed the best services for staying & also committed for best tour packages, while it never happened. I want to rate this as 1/100 or less than this. It's a totally wastage of money & I also got a lesson that never believe the Shimla people, because of his misbehaving.     we booked this hotel after reaching shimla (stay + sight seeing by alto car). After booking they demanded all money in advance. we refused for the advance because once you paid the money nobody will listen if you have any problem. But they insisted for the advance and said we will always be there if you have any problem or query. in the evening when we went to mall road we found that the sight seeing charges they charged were very high because there were taxi providers which were providing taxi at low fare and for full day. in the morning when we asked about the reason for such high fares the person started shouting on us. he used the language " pta nai kha kha se aa jate h uth ke. humare ghar me kya aata kahatam ho gya tha jo itne kam rate me sighseeing krayenge". we already paid the full money we were not in situation to leave the hotel or not using their taxi. I advise you to please avoid this hotel. or just book rooms and dont pay in advance.... More

    i went mid of nov. with group of 8 people including children. hotel issue package including rooms and local sight along with manali and rohtang pass. simla local tour was good because we didn't pay full amount next day we depart to manali before depart we paid full amount to hotel anfield, when we reached manali car driver said rohtang pass not poosible and local sightseen i send different car because i have some problem and many reason he gave us for not to go. this is very wrost decision to choose this hotel as well as package provided by this hotel. Hotel representative was very bad only misguide to the tourist. so please AVOID this HOTEL ANFIELD... More

    Located close to the Mall Road it is easy to wander around the place from the hotel as a base. The views from the room are awesome. The staff is helpful. But there is no WiFi or internet connection. Also, the interiors and furnishings are a bit outdated.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
