    If there was a zero star I would give that. Absolutely horrific service. They say anything to make you check-in here. They will promise you all kinds of complimentary service and then when you ask for it they will say they didn't say anything like that. Room service is pathetic, more than half of the menu is not available always (they even argued that chicken chowmein and fried rice and chilli chicken are snacks and cannot be served in dinner! Just wow!) Let's not talk about the room after this pathetic service. We would not have complained if the service was good. But we'll, starting from walls to linen to floor everything was stained. An advice - Money is not an issue, it's cheap. But they will humiliate you and harrass you to the full extent. So please don't go there!... More

    Pathetic services with worst staff commitment

    We booked this hotel after reaching Shimla and stayed for 3 days. Hotel issued package (Rs. 26000/-) including normal rooms and local sight. After booking they demanded all money in advance. In the evening, when we went to mall road we found that the sight-seeing charges they charged were very high because here taxi providers providing taxi at low fare for full day. In the morning when we asked for the same, the person started shouting on us and showing fear that local police, we can't do anything as we signed in the package. The hotel representative (manager) is very very bad, misbehaving and only can misguide to the tourist. When we called him, he didn't receive the phone & later when we called by another no., he picked the phone and told "Now, I'm drinking...". I advice you to please avoid this hotel.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
