    It is difficult to locate although bang on a junction in Dr. Radhakrshnan Salai. Very easy to miss due to the inconspicous board and entrance. You are apprehensive while entering but once checked in, it looks fine. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Decent quality of water, clean sheets and towels etc are most welcome for a budget of this size in Chennai. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel. So room service is an indeterminate thing. The breakfast is part of the package but is not a buffet. 4 idlis and a vada are thrust in to your room whether you like it or not. No coffee or tea along with breakfast. The location is excellent with many major points of interest in the locality easily accessible. Anna Fly over can be accessed during a routine morning walk.... More

    Great location poor management

    We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as it was close to the city centre. I picked this hotel based on the previous trip advisor reviews. First the positives. We were 3 of us so the we had 2 adjacent rooms with 3 single beds. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to help. Now for the negatives. The bathroom was dirty and needed some serious repair work. There was no hot water and we had to call the technician couple of times to get it working. There were a few power shutdowns and for some reason there was no generator so we went without lights, aircons for a lengthy period of time. The breakfast was ok - no variety of spread and at times it was cold. Overall I think the management are struggling to keep this place afloat.     Decent hotel at a good location in chennai

    We stayed here for a day . Rooms were neat and decent . Had all major facilities . But i had difficulty in finding the hotel .Though it was just next to the main road it dint have a name board or anything of that sort . Location was good cz it was so close to the city and other places where i had to go. Staff behaved well and did everything we wanted. But the glasses kept in the room to drink water had a foul smell . Also though the complimentary breakfast they provided ( they bought it from saravana bhavan) was good they dint provide tea/coffee with that. We had to pay them extra to get coffee with breakfast. People travelling to this hotel please note that they don't have parking facility .... More

    I stay at this hotel only because of the location and the courteous staff and the personalized attention they give to your every need. otherwise it is a very disappointing place now. the standards of maintenance have fallen to pathetically low. the rest rooms in the rooms are awful. foot and body massage equipments are not at all required in the rooms. the beds are so huge for the room size that you do not get any space to move around. will never recommend this hotel to anyone....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
