    This hotel is not as good as you can see it through the images. The hotel staff in very unhelpful and do not listen to you. I booked brhis hotel online for 6 of us friends and 2 deluxe rooms with extra bed and paid extra for it. Now first this hotel is a good 30-40 Mon walk from the train station so beware that you have tonwalka lot or you have to take a taxi. Now, when I reached the hotel they were all like welcome to the hotel and other things. Evening time I asked for the extra mattresses for both the rooms, they gave us one and said we will give you another one in sometime. We went out for dinner and when we came back there was no one to see, we looked for hotel staff and found one but he denied giving us the extra mattresses and said the manager has not informed me. Now, we somehow managed to sleep that night and the next morning when we were checking out,I spoke about our concerns and the manager said, firstly you will get what you paid for. You did not pay for the deluxe rooms and if there is any concern, speak to the booking site customer care. Then I asked about the mattress, he again denied that we have one mattress and that was all, there is no provision for extra mattresses. He was rude and did not want to listen to our concerns. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone as firstly the location is far, right between a busy market and it is not safe too for travellers as we saw a lady getting looted while we were coming back from dinner. Secondly even if you book the hotel, please ask for everything at once before going out anywhere.... More

    I stayed at Amber hotel in Jan 24-26th. Hotel rooms are quite small and bed/linen are often dirty. Hotel charges extra for heater(Standard for most hotels in this price range). It doesnt have a rooftop/open area from where you can enjoy montain ranges. Views are also not great. The location is closer to Mall road however, Hotel Access is not motarable. It takes around 5 mins of steep climb to reach hotel and 5 min ascend does matter if you are not from hills. If you are booking it online, check prices by calling the hotel directly before making payment online. Travelguru charged me a premium of Rs 600 per day.     Booked the Super Deluxe Room, though what we got wasn't as good, Restaurant alongside has good food, Close to Market , Mall road, so location is good. Beds are small, so three ppl with xtra payment not worth it.... More

  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
