    Would be OK if not scammers

    Hotel itself was ok, air con and other things you might struggle to find down the main bazar. Food was pretty awful but to their credit we only ordered the Western options as we had bad stomachs and that isn't what they're used to cooking, the Indian food is probably fine. Staff weren't particularly enthusiastic but helpful when needed. Would've been an average to good review if not for the way they said goodbye: by trying to rip us off for about 4000 rupees. They claimed we had to pay for an extra night, supposedly because we didn't check out at exactly the time we checked in (which was 5am) - everywhere around the lobby it says check out at noon, not once were we told we'd have to check out at 5am, and we checked out at 9am. When they eventually agreed to cancel this charge, we went through and added up our own bill (nights stayed + room service + toilet paper), which we'd also been overcharged on. Quality is fine but ADD UP YOUR OWN BILL. Delhi is a haven for scammers and a posh lobby doesn't mean they're not trying to rip you off. PS: unrelated to hotel, but avoid any tour agencies around Connaught place as they are not gov official and we narrowly avoided being scammed there too ... More

    The hotel is situated inside the Bazaar or market in central Delhi. It is very accessible. When i reached the place i could find another hotel in the same name as Aman. So dont get confused. Both are opposite to each other. I stayed for a night. they provide good service and the breakfast was good. they arranged a taxi to the airport over all the facilities is good.... More

    Stayed for two days from 1st June. The hotel is located in the main bazar of Paharganj area, just few minutes walk from New Delhi Railway Station, thus strategically convenient to everything. The staff is very courteous, helpful and attentive, quick to attend to guests, which compensates the size of the rooms which are small in size, but neat and clean The air-conditioning and WiFi are excellent. The restaurant is located at the terrace of hotel and there are no fans, thus inconvenient. ... More

    we booked 2 rooms and stay there for 1 night. hotel is very near to railways station. you can walk to the station 10 min if you have light luggage .rooms very very small trust me very small just enough to put your stuff but cannot move around. hot water only one bucket then it stop it happen in both the rooms . room service is ok. only good for 1 night and less luggage and 2 person max in one room.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
