    Food is not so good , they serve you left food from some other dishes . like i order karahi chicken and what they did was , they took some already roasted chicken peices which i can easily see and mixed them with some vegies and served that to me . They are very lazy people who want to make easy money . They house keeping and food service is horribe . they serve you after an hour and you are dying with hunger . Hotel rooms are neat and clean . Just staff is not good and service is bad .... More

    Pathetic hotel with worse staff

    I had booked 6 rooms each for 2 nights during my brother's wedding thru Agoda...was initially happy because of the deal I got, however post the 1st night itself realised that it was not even worth the INR 2157 I paid per room per night...of the 6 rooms, atleast 2 surely had 2 nd AC's installed which could not cool the room, this causing huge inconvenience to the guests we had placed...one of the rooms was stinking of fungus when we entered...on complaining at the reception..there was no use since the hotel was sold out and obviously due to the poor equipments installed nothing changed and the guests had to bear the poor rooms...to add to this was the poor service.... I had instructed at the reception not to charge to the guests as I will be taking care of the same during check out, however post the 1st night when 3 of the 6 rooms were getting vacated the receptionist called me up and said all rooms were getting vacated n hence I had to immediately settle the 710 Rs that the guests had spent on food... Despite making her understand she did not budge and argued without any logic..on complaining about the ACs during this conversation, she said you are complaining when we are asking for money... I clearly explained that we have already complained twice and guests in 2 rooms we unable to sleep throughout the night due to no cooling but it all feel on deaf ears since she was only concerned about the 710 Rs rather than the 24000 we has spent overall... Problem was not the money, the receptionist held my guests hostage for this amount wherein they all had to leave for attending the wedding where I had already reached... Next day when I again went and demanded for the reciepts justifying the consumption in rooms, I was presented with items written on plain paper with no signatures from the guests.... Unfortunately I was not in a position to question my guests hence had to simply pay as the receptionist said that as a policy they don't take signatures which was strange and ultimately I concluded that I was arguing with a senseless hotel staff ....Overall extremely bad hotel with pathetic and illogical staff... Not recommended at all....... More

    Summer is at approaching peak. I was allocated Room 310. Room has Air Conditioner but it is just functioning like a fan pushing hot air inside from outside. AC is not having cooling effect. They neither rectified AC nor changed my room inspite of repeated complaints. Maintenance & room upkeep is very poor. Broken bathroom door, fused bulb, scratches on wall etc. I couldn't sleep through out night. I will not recommend this Hotel for stay.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
