    Seasons greetings Everyone and to all staff@Trip !! Me and my buddy....both missed the flight . DEL ( Delhi ) to PNQ ( Pune). on 13th afternoon . Unlucky date and we were unlucky . Travel from Panipat to IGI airport ......it was traffic jammed !. After missing the flight and all the cussing ..We hired an airport leaving taxi to drop us to Mahipalpur ......( Dodgy Hotel Fest !) . We went to Shanti Palace ...all rooms full ....so we stepped next door ...I had a lot to luggage to drag ! Next door was OYO 183 Alpine Tree. Alpine Tree offered me a twin room for £32. That was from 6pm to 12 am. 6 hrs. I said ok. Paid up. Me and Andy settled in the room...luggage and all fresher up. Just about to leave. We discovered that the room had no keys !! I rebelled till we got shifted to a room with lock and key. The hotel is derelict. The room I stayed in was a trash can. The staff are stoned. The front desk is appalling..!! Please avoid.... More

    They are fraud. I booked through OYO for a night on 13 Dec 2018, when I reached hotel at 10 pm, they said rooms are full and they will shift me to a near by hotel (again a OYO cheat OYO725 WOW Inn). I complained to OYO about this but as it was night and I could not go to another hotel suggested by OYO with all my luggage in my hands, I went to WOW Inn. They offered me a room which was very pathetic, not worth even Rs 500 for I had to pay Rs 2000. But as it was night and I wanted to have some sleep before catching my early morning flight, I stayed in that hotel. But, as I understand, these people are cheat, they take bookings from OYO and when you arrive, they shift you to some low grade hotel. They are Highly unprofessional and ask money before check out and even before giving you a receipt. They say that they will book a vehicle for you early morning to drop you at the airport, but when early morning at 4 am you come to the reception and ask where the vehicle is, they say it coming or stuck in traffic and you get tensed about missing your flight.     The bathroom was not clean, and the hotel as a whole was not clean and maintained. I do not mind staying at a hotel that is cheaper and does not have all appliances and nice things, but there is no excuse for nuot being clean and maintained. This hotel does not meet that standard.... More

    We were transferred to this hotel although we booked another one. Alpine Tree was really scary. Bathroom is awful, water from the shower is barely flowing, not to mention is only cold. (Once it became hot- so hot I needed to finish my shower immediately- you have no control at all over the temperature). They tried to give us the room without the key, because they have lost the only key for this room. When we protested ( we had 2-nights stay) they found the room with a key. During the night I have heard some strange sounds, like tons of mice, but ignored it thinking it’s something else... until I saw a mouse running in my room.... More

    We stayed here as it's close to airport. Bed linen and furniture was not clean. There is no hot water in the shower. Staff told me some excuse. I expected more from this hotel. They need to improve more.... More

Conveniently located near to the Mahipalpur Red Light and International Airport area, this 3Star hotel maintains 45 guest rooms with views of the airport and the expressway.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
