    If you are after a centrally located budget style accommodation then this may be OK for you . We were booked to stay of three separate occasions during our month in India but decided we couldn't face the third stay so we cancelled. The rooms are windowless and gloomy. On our first visit we were on the third floor so had the music from the restaurant on the floor above playing all night ( and I mean all night). It was not so clean. On our second stay we were on the second floor but the room was not clean. The bed linen was stained and the rug on the floor was filthy. The smell from the mothballs placed in the drains was overpowering. As the restaurant on the 4th floor seems to be open 24/7 there were lots of noise during the night with shouted conversations. On a positive note the food in the restaurant was not too bad and the staff there were really friendly and helpful and made a good cup of coffee. Location is handy to one of the main tourist markets and the railway station. Access by any type of vehicle is a nightmare - we had one tuk tuk drop us off a good 10 minute walk away as he did want to venture down to the Main Bazaar Road. For us it did not live up to its reviews. The cleanliness was the biggest issue for us.... More

    I stayed in this hotel only for 1day as part of my transit to my home place. I booked on the basis of reviews. I booked online and once i entered the hotel i came to see how worse this hotel is.. room provided not serviced, room boy like guide, we had to carry our lugguages, bathroom was dirty.. everything was bad. not a single service i recieved from the amenities list mentioned, except tv n ac. Kind advise, please don't book this hotel if you are going as family..... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
