    i booked this hotel room from yatra.com, but yatra.com and hotel manager are cheater thay took my money, i booked from yatra.com and pay via credit card but when i reach at hotel and ask for my booking online, hotel manager say 'i can't give a room without money' when i say to manager about i booked via yatra.com they say 'why you booked online? give me money than i give you room not yatra.com' also 3rd class answer from hotel manager "aise kese dedu room bhai, mujhe pahle paise do baadme room dunga, aapne yatra.com valo ko paise diye to aap yatra.com par jake room maango, meri hotel pe kyu aaye ho" i called to yatra.com customer care and they say "sir please check in by cash, we can't do anything at right now." and i have to check in by cash because time is 9:30pm and i m with my wife and 3 years old kid. also this is not budget hotel, manager take rs.1000 and rs.10 extra for drinking water. no room service, no parking, no hot water availability in morning for shower, to much mosquitoes available at night some room has tv and some not. it is batter to sleeping on road than akashdeep hotel. yatra.com and hotel manager are cheater and also dono mile hua hai. i attached my receipt from yatra.com and receipt what i need to pay at hotel. yatra.com cheat and take my money. hotel room are also 3rd class.... find attachment ... Located at a distance of 1 km from Sindhi Camp Bus Station and 3 km from Hawa Mahal, Hotel Akashdeep in Jaipur is a budget property. It provides front desk assistance to its guests.   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
