    In Mumbai to spend few hours just to take a late night flight. First planned near airport than decided Ajanta at juhu Beach to spend some time. Its an old building room on 3rd and 4th floor only. Bug room burg old ancient sofa bathroom fittings and other similar memory of glorious past. Food is quite costly. One can stay for.     Location great...but room service and conditions horrible

    Situated a row of houses away from the Juhu beach, this hotel provides an excellent location for nature lovers who would like to start their day with a jog on the beach. Since the beach in front of the hotel is away from the main entrance of the Juhu beach, its not crowded ( at least I found it like that on the 3 occasions i visited during my 2N stay). Staff are generally very nice people and would respond quite promptly to your requests. Biggest drawback is the house keeping. After the first night they upgraded me to a larger room on level 4. On entering i found the room not cleaned at all with dirt and hair all over the room and toilet floor. Bathroom shower was broken with no hot water coming. After 2 gentle requests and a 3rd time bit harsher reprimand, finally they came and cleaned the room. Bedsheets are quite old and kinda smelly. Another drawback is the internet. They charge Rs 280 for a 24 hr internet service. I got my connection finally up and working after 14hrs. On asking for a refund if they cannot provide service, the lady at the counter said " sir u have used it for 15 minutes no...so cannot say service not there." HELLO...Rs 280 for 15 min or 24 hrs. Finally they reset the connection and I could use it for the next hour or so. As I was there to attend a marriage, I didn't pursue the matter much due to time constraints.... More

    The location of this hotel is very nice very close to the beach. I took the beach facing room the rooms are big and spacious. The ambience of the hotel is also very good , nice staff and a good restaurant.Overall a good place to stay.... More

    I stayed here with my family for 3 days , the host had booked some rooms for guests stay attending wedding functions. The rooms are basic, enough space. I found it clean. Washroom is ok too. Breakfast was really good, they serve fruits as well. Location is the advantage. no problem of HOT COLD water. However negative points: The towels were dirty and old, soap and shampoo not good. the Room service needs improvement.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
