    Horrific hotel down a creepy murder-alley

    This place was awfull. First of all it was impossible to find, none of the taxi drivers at the airport knew where it was and we spent ages driving around creepy, unlit alleyways in the middle of the night. There are no signs pointing the way and very few street signs in the area. Even the people we stopped to ask had no idea. When we did find the hotel it was dirty and the staff were unhelpful. There was no wifi (despite it being specified on the website). The room itself was also dirty, the door was broken and wouldn't latch or lock properly. There was no water in the toilet and the bathroom was also dirty. Exactly one thin old mouldy looking towel, full of holes, was provided for a booking of 2 people. I wouldn't touch it with bare skin. The linen was at least clean, but thin and also holey. We barricaded the door because it wouldn't shut or lock otherwise. When we tried to leave in the morning we had to wait almost an hour for the car we'd requested to the airport. Would not recommend at any time, if you value your life or health.     Overall the hotel did the job that we intended. It was a double room for me and my partner for one night before we were going from Delhi to agra. The room was spacious and the hotel is where it says on the map so easy to get to. Really close to the airport if you're flying into Delhi. It's not the cleanest, could do with a bit of a deep clean and then would be easy to maintain. Toilet wasn't great and under the bed very dirty (I found out due dropping the key) For a quick stay over ideal, not so for longer periods and wanting to see Delhi as location is merely for airport and not best for tourist attractions. Staff were okay, though could have been a bit more helpful. Says you can pay on card, though we were informed you can't do this. Booking details need to be changed. ... More

    Worst Hotel of My Life

    Intended to stay for a night. Firstly the hotel is situated in a very bad location, in an alley which is extremely dirty. We almost got scammed by the staff. They cancelled our booking because someone else paid a higher price. The lack of dignity in this hotel is astonishing. They shifted us to other hotels, which were equally worse with horrible rooms. The staff was least bothered by our issues and just pushed us away. If you are looking for even a decent hotel, this is nowhere near. Find elsewhere!... More

    i made a reservation few days before our arrival in delhi. Reservation was thru agoda.com which includes airport transfer 1 way. I sent an email to the owner named amit singh to give him the details of our flight. He responded to the email promptly, gave us the name of his driver and phone number as that will pick up us at the airport. Amit also gave us his mobile number if in case we can't reach the driver. When we arrived at the aiport, I immediately called the driver and to our surprise he is not even aware of our arrival. The driver said he will pick us up at gate 3 of the airport, car number 0224, we waited and no one came. So we called the owner of hotel airport land to pick us up. He said that he will send his driver to the airport within 10-15 minutes (hotel location is very close to the airport). We believed him and waited for 2 hours but NO ONE CAME! Absolutely ridiculous!! We tried to call the owner again and HE IS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE! We decided to go to the hotel by cab and when we reached the hotel, i was very disappointed. The owner was rude, he didn't even apologized for what happened, he seemed clueless that i called him earlier and he said that my reservation included only an airport drop. Completely different information with what agoda offered. THE PLACE WAS SO DIRTY, there were even empty pet bottles on the stairs, Dusty floors, at the reception area there is a window on the left wherw you can see a lit of garbage. To our dismay, we just left the hotel and went to paharganj to find a clean and decent place to stay.... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
