    This hotel is close to the Domestic airport and closer to the international airport. The rooms are nice and clean but very congested. You can just sleep and nothing else. This is a pure budget hotel and don't go with high expectations. Breakfast is decent.... More

    A budget hotel suitable for transit at Mumbai airport

    This is budget hotel near airport. Room was well-maintained and clean. The hotel is situated 1.2 km away from Marol Naka metro station. The hotel doesn't have any restaurant, but food is available at room on call. Running hot water is available round the clock. Free WiFi is also available. The hotel may be suitable as a transit hotel for Mumbai airport. The room size was smaller than expected. We booked for 2 adults and two children of 7 and 3 years. However, the size of bed was small for us. Another disadvantages of this hotel is that most of the tourist spots were far away from this hotel. During morning hours, it used to take almost 2 hours to reach Gateway of India from this hotel by taxi. Many stray dogs are there near the hotel vicinity as one of the hotel staff is apparently offering some foods to the stray dogs. One day, one dog attacked me while I was entering into the hotel and damaged my cloth. ... More

    If you just want a place to sleep and plan to spend little time in your room this place might be okay for you. Otherwise, look for something a little better. I booked this hotel for Rs. 3900 for 3 days through GoiBibo. At that price, it's an okay place, but the listed price (before discounts) is much higher and the pics and descriptions on Goibibo gave an impression of a much better place than it really is. The main cons are: - The room is awfully small. It would be better to call this an air-conditioned hostel than a hotel. Have a look at the pic i attached. That's barely enough space in the room for the bed. The room was actually half the size of my college hostel rooms! - This hotel takes cost cutting to the extreme. This is the first hotel that I've been to which didn't even provide shampoo (Note: I booked through GoStay, Oyo provides standard toiletries). Only thing they gave is a Rs. 10 bar of lux soap. - Here's another example. They provide complementary water (two small bottles) on checkin. But if you are staying for multiple says, then on subsequent days you'd to either opt for filter water or pay for the water. - I booked a double bed room but they provided only one towel. - The mirror in the bathroom was broken, and the lcd panel of the TV had dead pixels towards the bottom left corner. - They don't have a dining area. And the room is too small to fit a proper table. So you are forced to eat clumsily on the bed. - I presented a gov photo id (PAN) on check-in and was told that's not sufficient. They need address proof. This is not something I've experienced in the past. The things that did work are : - Basic stuff like AC ans geyser were functional. They dont provide locker or mini fridge in the room. - The breakfast is once again very basic, but they change everyday so it doesn't get monotonous. Puri Sabzi, Bread Omelette, and Aloo Paratha was given on the three days I stayed. The first and the last were good, but the bread wasn't toasted! All in all, a decent place for around a thousand bucks per day. But definitely not worth more. Don't be fooled by the Oyo and GoStay tags. ... More

    This hotel is close to Domestic airport ( around 6 km) and closer to international airport. I stayed there for 2 days. The room allocated was pretty small and the bathroom was stinky( Room 405). The hallway is very narrow and the staff was responsive. The best part about the hotel is its location. Hiranandani, Powai is within 4-5 kms.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
