    Booked the hotel for the stay of two girls... When they had no where to go... when stuck there in Mumbai... When we had so little money left... Got to book this hotel.. we had a good service for what we paid... After the drastic growth of hospitality industry in the recent past years.., there are still places are available for people with less money to stay.... One day economical class life ... Value for money...... More

    This is a really reasonable hotel for people visiting from US or other parts of the world. This hotel is hard to find as it is inside from the road and not visible from outside. Excellent wifi internet, good rooms equivalent to the quality of motel rooms in US which is excellent enough for the price of 32$.Complementary breakfast of no spice bread egg omelette and tea/coffee to your room. Clean restrooms, good for 2-3 occupancy as they also a seperate bed for 3rd occupant.Do not get scared by the area around, parking is on the street for free ( hard to get). Also one has to be aware about the water around the toilet that one has to deal with in india,still one can manage.Equipped with AC and fan and TV.Make sure what you order for food and check what you get the quantity.I don't blame the hotel as they get it from outside.Hallways can be noisy, but that's every where..Finally Happy with the money I paid as I live in the California.ONLY For indian drivers there is a separate accommodation for them far away like a dorm,...     The hotel is very pathetic conditions. Room and wash room are so smaller in size that one person can't move easily. Even wash room is so smaller that one person can't stand up there easily. So never book this property. I was booked from Oyo Rooms. Business of Oyo is not looks like honest.... More

    Disappointed with management . Originally booked 2 nite stay for me and my family while doing business in Mumbai . Cancelled that reservation via cheap tickets website and 10 minutes later rebooked for 3 nites . When I arrived at the hotel to check in . The front desk clerk asked why I was holding 2 reservations . I said I canceled the first one . Apparently the cheap tickets website did not process the cancellation so The clerk said he would cancel it . Now I am back in the states and cheap tickets and the hotel are refusing to refund my payment . This is terrible service ! I will never use cheap tickets again and I will inform all friends and family about the terrible service and the lies hotel adnoc inn told me about refunding my payment !!!... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
