    Worst resort with untidy rooms, taps broken,cook receptionist server all in one person to attend. No god food quality. We booked two rooms but were provided each room on opposite sides with two separate entrances.My room no.202 was surrounded by all types of insects in night time .horrible experience at all.... More

    The resort is disappointing in every manner !The rooms are in awful, with taps being broken or without handles, the bed sheets and blankets smell like hell, proper toileteries not provided. The manager is apparently too busy to even meet the guests...and forget about listening to your requests. No room maintenance before the guests check in. Only resort, where the cook, staff does not have any idea about the food and their price which is present in the so called Menu card and runs to the manager for it, every time you ask for the price. Also the price range is quite high and the service not at all upto the mark. The staff does not know English or Hindi and when they have a communication problem, they run off to the manager to talk about it.. and still the manager refuses to come and listen to our request. The water they get you as filtered water is the water filled from the wash basin,which happens when you are not looking ! And the world's only resort whose lights outside the is switched off at 10 pm at night because its a "RESORT !!!!!" If by chance you have booked 2 standard rooms which happens to be on two different sides of the hotel, connected by spiral steep staircase and it rains every night in Munnar so you can guess the plight... as the lights outside the rooms will be forcefully switched off! In case of any emergency in the other room,its impossible to even reach there in such a situation. Then the tubelight of the room also goes off and the staff very smartly tells you that it cannot be fixed at night and you have to work in the bed lamp ! Staying there was like living in hell for one night !!! The location of the hotel is good , but its quite a bit far from the main town hub and is not easily accessible .     I went in march 2017 with my family, hotel is quite famous it seems as i found no difficulty to reach there by public means, I wish to mention this a number of times that if you are a nature lover and looking for a hotel of good budget (not that expensive) then do opt it. Rooms were quite clean, Room are of very small area but the view from the lawn area of the hotel is mesmerizing, a cup of hot tea with a good music will add a cherry on the cake on to this. Over all stay was comfortable and i enjoyed a walk in morning in the tea garden outside.... More

    Nice location, Best view surrounded with tea plantation from the balcony, weather was cool so AC rooms not required. Rooms are clean but quite small. Food is costly,No restaurant in this area hence you haven't any option to go out for a dinner.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
