    A good hotel for Business trips

    The hotel is quite nice. The lobby is quite nice. I got a room on the 10th floor facing the outdoor pool. The view was quite nice from the wide window, specially in the evening, you could see streaming lights of the cars on the highway and the metro trains passing by. Room was quite spacious and clean. The bar in Kylin was nice and the service was good. However, the housekeeping service was slow and needed reminders. In-room dining service was okay but not great! The breakfast was quite a good spread. The best part of my experience was the check-out. The front-desk lady, Ms. Mohita was not only efficient and nice but was also very kind. One rarely has such a high level of check-out service. Overall a good comfortable experience.... More

    Stayed here the night of 7th Nov, 2017. It is good hotel with a courteous staff. The rooms are big and have all the amenities one my need. My only issue was the lack of charging points. I had to unplug a night lamp to charge my mobile !!! The morning breakfast is lavish with a very good spread. Very good experience overall.... More

    Do you love Chinese food? We do too, and that's why we dedicate ourselves to finding the best places to enjoy Chinese cuisine in Delhi...that to with the most informative staff . Who really cares for your taste buds..I must say it's an experience apart from best stay offerings at holiday inn..this restaurant really one of my favourite..specially the live grill. Come early for dinner then settle in for the evening with a beer tower , it has good collection of one of the finest champagnes too !! ... More

    We've had a few functions a Holiday inn MV - quite large ones too, and have never been let down. The food is divine, the service was good, ambiance sensational - one of our fave places to go!     We had booked the stay on behalf of my company for 15 days and it was a truly wonderful experience every single day. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The atmosphere feels like home and will cherish the stay for a long time. I have stayed in different premier hotels many time, but here it feels like home. The restaurant provided a full feature service the food is excellent. Especially would like to mention the service provided Mr.Rakesh and Mr. Faisal. They keep your requirements in mind and i never had to repeat any requests. A truly amazing service and not a thing to complain about.... More

Holiday Inn is located at the downtown business district of Mayur Vihar in East Delhi. The hotel's close proximity to the business destination Noida in NCR, makes it the ideal choice for the business traveler. A total of 196 guestrooms and 4 suites are available along with hi-end amenities. Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
