    Resort is ok and like the open space with lots of place for kid to play.. worst thing is road construction everywhere. Lot of dust make your holiday unhappy. Book for 3 nights.. due to Munnar road construction work.. we did a checkout on the 2nd day.... More

    The Holiday Heaven resort in Chinnakanal, half an hour from Munnar, is a good budget hotel. It has very spacious rooms and a large garden. Rooms, toilet and bathroom is clean (although they should regularly clean the carpets provided in front of the bathroom). Food taste is average, but the breakfast spread is good (so opt for a plan that gives you free breakfast). The best thing is the helpful staff: While there is no WiFi at the resort, the manager gave me internet access by providing his mobile hotspot. Chinnakanal has a gem that you shouldn't miss: The Surianalle Tea Estate, and the hotel helps with providing jeep services for the same.... More

    They got around 12 villas here, it's not that spacious except the last 5 villas. Rooms could have been maintained better and certainly not the 3 star rating they have mentioned. There were few dead insects and files in the room. Food is average and they don't have a proper kitchen. Garden is maintained well and the surrounding areas are very scenic, this place is in Chinnakanal, around 30 km's from Munnar. Travellers please be aware of the road work between Munnar and Chinnakanal, road is closed from 7am to 7pm every day. It's a 2 year project, so if you book your resort in Chinnakanal, then you can reach there only by 8pm. I was able to reach the resort only by 8:30 pm and had to leave early next day. They could have informed us about the road work and planned accordingly. There are alternative routes to reach but not from Munnar, you can go via Andimaly -- Rajakad -- Rajkumari -- Pooparra if you are starting from Kochi. There are better resorts in the same price range in Chinnakanal, nothing great here, just another average resort.... More

    road leading to hotel is in bad shape,not worth going so far.though location is amidst tea gardens but you don't get any views from the resort,rooms have very basic furniture,garden is unkempt at places.some areas of garden are well maintained.no wi-fi.breakfast is good and delicious... More

    Photos advertised here is upon opening of the resort.rooms were dirty dusty with bad filthy smell.No wifi connection. Satellite tv doesn't show anything.long waiting time at restaurant.cutlery dirty.last but not least card paying machine not available. ... More

Situated amidst lush green atmosphere of Munnar, Holiday Heaven Munnar provides internet facility to its guests. The property is situated at a distance of 119 km from Cochin International Airport.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
