    Short review: I have stayed here a few times. First couple of times the experience was mediocre. Later on it was the worst. Never gonna visit this place again. Overall very cheap room quality for the room fares. Long review: Hostile and rude owner: I had made full payment and had booked the room well in advance. I politelyrequested and asked the at reception whether early check-in is possible in case they have a room available at 11 am. The owner says rudely no we can't given you. If you want you have to pay 500 Rs. I mentioned to him that as per Ola policy between 10 AM to 12 PM early check-in is complimentary if the room is available. After this he got agitated and got hostile saying "Ola will say whatever they want to say. I am the owner of the hotels. I will dictate the rules.". He actually left the reception and came out agitated on me. It was a intimidating experience. I cancelled the booking on the spot and left the hotel. Room quality and cleanliness: Room cleanliness was okay. The linens were clearly old and not cleaned. All of them had yellowish shade which old clothes have. Bathrooms were good. Room didn’t have pleasant smell. Food: Food comes from the adjacent Royal Punjab hotel. The food was almost inedible. Vegegables/Sabji are full of oil. Rice tasted like rubber. You can’t tolerate the food for more than one meal. Room service staff: They were polite and this was the only good thing about this hotel. AC, Wifi, TV: Always running into some issues. The AC will stop working once in a while. The electricity supply will stop which will affect the Wifi router which doesn’t resume functioning for an hour on the generator. TV doesn’t have any of the mainstream channels. Overall there is no reason to pay the fare Oyo charges for this hotel. The rooms are worth INR 500 at max.... More

    Nice rooms but food quality needs to be improved

    Visited pune for my work and found this hotel good as it is very near to katraj bus stand and just opposite of gandharva lawn. Hotel has restaurant and bar as well so went there to have a drink alongwith food. But very disappointed with food as not only it was bad in taste but also served cold. Brought that into notice of waiter so he told that he will come back after updating the same to cook but he never returned. For bill also I had to ask other waiter. So services are pathetic and needs lat og improvement. Rooms are good with queen size bed and clean linen.... More

    The property is a very old building, and gives u a scary look when u enter for the first time, The entire building needs a revamp, need to give it 0.2 out of 5 . The rooms only had one good thing, the split ac were working, the room was spacious for the money paid. But badly needs a renovation too. The restaurant where breakfast is served is very pathetic. They did not have cups to spare . The staff are not well trained and unable to handle / serve customers. The Restaurant turns into a bar in the evening and going there along with your family is a big no, notorious characters keep moving there. unfortunately no restaurants in walking distance. avoid the property if u have an alternate....only reason it was chosen was its proximity to the college PICT....     This is very good budget hotel . We book around 120 room nights with her royal inn. .. Service is good. But it's little bit far from main city. And close to katraj area. Overall it's nice and good place to stay.no market nearby.. not OK for ladies or girls.. we prefer this hotel for corporates who don't have budget..... More

    Stayed there for a night while travelling to Satara. Good AC rooms with breakfast . Staff was courteous . They have a Restaurant and Bar called ROYAL PUNJAB. Good North Indian food. Liquor was priced very cheap.... More

  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
