    I stayed two days in this hotel. On the first day, we, the newly married couple was packed into a small room which we never expected. On the second day, after our complain, we shifted a nice room. But shifting is very much hard for us. No one was helped to shift our bags. We expected for a good decoration also. But the decoration was not satisfied.... More

    I had terrible experience in staying in this hotel. Room was very small and not well cleaned. Bath room was very small and dirty with lots of bad smell no provision of air exhaust. Hotel location is very bad. No parking space.... More

    We stayed 2 days here. Had booked family room. Nice cosy rooms but there was only 1 bathroom for the twin rooms and this is a disadvantage. We liked the food. Since the hotel is next to Mall Road, shopping , eating out, etc is easy. View from the terrace is awesome. The entire city can be seen since it is on hill top. The biggest demerit of this Hotel is that since it is located next to Shimla High Court, vehicles are banned from entering the area. Only Vehicles with special permit are allowed. The locality is controlled and manned by Shimla police. We had to leave our Innova at the public parking and make our way climbing the steep hill. It is very strenous especially after our long jouney from Delhi. We hired a local coolie to carry our luggage because the hotel refused to help.... More

    Cannot expect much facilities from a budget hotel, still a few things to be highlighted: Hotel is situated at steep 30-40 meters height, you need to walk every time and is not easy for children and old. Hotel will not even open doors before 7-7:30 AM, imagine you reaching there early morning and waiting for doors to open. Bathrooms are unclean. No scenic display of hills from room. Food is nice. ...   5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
