    The swimming fool is out of several days all the kids were very unhappy. The brake fast staff didn’t seem to care about Guest. Staff were gathered in a corner talking and ignoring the guests. Breakfast was very disorganized. Tables were left dirty. Management seem to be very understanding on the issues.... More

    Comfortable hotel in a convenient location

    The Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket was the first place we went upon our arrival in India after a very long flight. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who took care of our luggage, accompanied us to the room, and made sure we had everything we needed. Whenever we were in the lobby, the staff recognized us and treated us like old friends. We had two rooms and both were well-furnished, clean and comfortable. We were visiting Delhi during a cold snap, and we had central heating in one room and a portable heater in the other. The breakfast buffet was really wonderful, offering so many different kinds of food as well as many made-to-order items. The level of security in the hotel contributed to our feeling of safety. As Hilton Honors members, we felt that this hotel was superior to the quality of a typical Hilton Garden Inn in the United States. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.... More

    I used this hotel many times during 2019. I think that its most positive aspect is the kindness of the staff. I would like to remember many of them, but at the moment only the name of Tania comes to mind (but others are equally good!). The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only suggestion that I would like to give to the hotel management would be to introduce some changes to the restaurant menu, just to include other dishes of international cuisine. I know that in 2020 my visits to Delhi will continue, and I will certainly return here with pleasure.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
