    I have never stayed at a Hilton property outside the US and was impressed to see that this one was on par with US standards. The rooms were very clean and modern. They provided more in room amenities then you'd find in the US, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, and disposable shaver. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was very good. The hotel is located on a mall so it's easy to walk around the area. But the rooms are sound proofed really well so you don't hear the noise outside, which is hard to do in Delhi! ... More

    Clean and nice Hotel with very friendly staff

    My first time to India and Delhi, hence have picked the HGI in order to treat myself with a common good standard hotel. I have to admit, it was a very positive visit. The staff was very courteous and helpful, my room was at a reasonable good size and very clean. Room cleaning staff was very attentive. The Breakfast Buffet had an excellent variety. They do offer as well a special kind of early dinner starting at 4pm which includes unlimited pizza and pasta. This was a really great choice together with a cold beer after strolling around in New Delhi. Close to HGI and actually within the same building you may find a huge mall where you can buy international and national clothes and all kind of souvenirs. However I would recommend to stroll through Delhi to see the real deal. As a sample of the incredible hospitality, I´d like to mention the very late checkout as I do have had a very late flight leaving Delhi. The very kind receptionists offered me a real late checkout at 8 pm without any additional charge. This was pretty unusual and highly appreciated. Would definitely recommend the HGI in New Delhi....     Stay was good. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is connected to a mall . You can directly go to the mall food court from 2nd floor. Variety of food options are available there. Room charges are little on the higher side. It was INR 7000 per night. Would have liked between INR 5000 - 5500 per night. You have fill you minimum from the pantry available next to reception. Options are limited but there they sell stuffs at affordable price. Service level is good. Staffs are helpful. But no. of people for picking or sending your luggage from or to room is not many. So in pick hours you need to wait a bit.... More

    By far one of the best hotels I have ever visited especially if you are looking to shop. It is connected to the mall and the location is just so good. I arrived pretty early and the gentleman at the desk Mr. Tajamul was kind enough to offer me an early check-in. Rooms are large and the washrooms quite spacious. The restaurant has a lot of options for vegetarians so it worked out really well.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
