I had the opportunity to stay in this property 2 times in the month of Jan and the service of Mr Prabhu from Concierge and Mr Ahamad the Front Office Manager is worth mentioning. Cudoos to the team in Chennai Hilton.
Housekeeping and Cleanliness

I had been staying at hotel Hilton since January 02, 2018 i feel like homely. My room is regularly maintained and cleaned by Ms. Sinduja and Dinesh(Executive) from Housekeeping i met them personally and felt like being with family members. Special thanks to both of them for providing such a good service. I would recommend to stay at this hotel any time if opportunity arise.

I was very inpressed with the overall service at this hotel, however, I have to especially mention the housekeeping team of Dinesh and Sindhiya call executive floor their attention to detail was very impressive they both take great pride in what they do and try their hardest to make sure that every guest feels comfortable with their attention to detail.
Noise is unbelievable, not worthy of Hilton brand

I have never stayed at any 5 star hotel that has a really really noisy nightclub on its roof whose sound echos down thru many floors.
It’s 2 am and I am 2 floors below the roof bar and it’s loud !
What type of competent hotel gm allows this ?
Surely the room revenue 100 + far rooms below fat outweighs the revenue from the rooftop nightclub .
You to call complain too and the volume gets louder!
Good hotel with minor flaws

The hotel is actually not that bad, even though quite expensive for the region. There are a ton of facilities I didn't make use of being on a business trip. My room on the 9th floor was large and had features you typically only get at a level up in the Hilton brands (Conrad). But a few remarks because I know they actively seek feedback and hopefully act on it: - room service: During my stay, I ordered room service dinner 3 times. I'm perfectly happy waiting 30-40 minutes for the burger or pizza to arrive, but each time the food was as good as cold. Cold burger, cold fries, cold pizza. Plus the room service guy had a very strong sweat smell that didn't improve appetite. Breakfast: ordering coffee remains a challenge at the breakfast buffet (which is by the way very good). You either never get it, or you get the wrong order, or it takes a long time. Then finally: the rooftop bar. I booked an extra night on Friday even though I had to leave for the airport at 1AM, but was hoping to get a few hours sleep before. Unfortunately, being on the 9th floor just underneath the bar, the beats drilled down in my room so sleeping was almost impossible. Then the lobby at 1 am looks like a club including bouncers and drunk groups of party goers. Getting the airport transfer took quite a while because we had to wait for all the taxis picking up/dropping off party people.
