    Poor service, bad for tourists, lied to me and took more money

    לא מומלץ We just left this place, the rooms are nice but you don't get anything inside (no towel, shampoo or toilet paper) despite the fact that we paid 1200 Rp on this room. Please be aware that the WIFI ISN'T WORKING WELL - they have many electricity issues and therefore, we had to be 24 hours without any light or WIFI. OUR FRIENDS PAID LESS THAN US OVER THE SAME ROOM When I told them that I'm disappointed with the wifi they said that the wifi is working and when I asked why isn't it working now, he said "because all the rooms are empty" not recommend them wifi isn't working for laptops only for smartphones... More

    Waste of money and valuable time

    Rude behaviour of owner n manager.No services provided for amt paid.fan wire cut off n no wifi though its mentioned free wifi.when asked for mentioned services then manager of the hotel asked that fan is not provided in any hotel in munnardue to cool climate here whereas that is not the case he was just trying to fool out us n cover up for himself. Also requested him to change room where fan is available n room was also vacant but manager himself denied rudely. No wonder why they give at cheap rates when contacted directly. Also they take full payment during checking itself. Total loot.My personal suggestion do not go to this hotel to ruin your holiday or trip.... More

    Best Budget Hotel with all advance facilities for family travelers!

    Dear Customers; As I am a Travel Agent it is my duty to review honestly. Here I can't see any reason to give less than 5 ratings in all fields including Location, Cleanliness, Staff Behavior and all rooms with full facilities, well maintained with enough space. Actually I was with family of 4 members including 2 children and booked a Standard Room which was Small for us so they offered me a Large Deluxe Room freely. Their way of talking is very polite and always ready to help with a Smiling Face. You can get a Jeep or Car for visiting Tourist Spots on reasonable price. There is no Lift facility however it was very easy for us as we were on 1st Floor and Stairs are very clean and neat so even if Lift Facility available you would love to walk. I think it is a Best Budget Hotel with all advance facilities and undoubtedly next time I would book the same Hotel and would also recommend all Customers to book Rooms without any worry either you travel with friends or family. Before to close I say Thanks to all Staff Members of Hotel, including a Manager, Receptionist, Jeep Driver etc.... More

There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
