    Dear Customers; As I am a Travel Agent it is my duty to review honestly. Here I can't see any reason to give less than 5 ratings in all fields including Location, Cleanliness, Staff Behavior and all rooms with full facilities, well maintained with enough space. Actually I was with family of 4 members including 2 children and booked a Standard Room which was Small for us so they offered me a Large Deluxe Room freely. Their way of talking is very polite and always ready to help with a Smiling Face. You can get a Jeep or Car for visiting Tourist Spots on reasonable price. There is no Lift facility however it was very easy for us as we were on 1st Floor and Stairs are very clean and neat so even if Lift Facility available you would love to walk. I think it is a Best Budget Hotel with all advance facilities and undoubtedly next time I would book the same Hotel and would also recommend all Customers to book Rooms without any worry either you travel with friends or family. Before to close I say Thanks to all Staff Members of Hotel, including a Manager, Receptionist, Jeep Driver etc.... More

    stayed there for two days in march 17 in a room booked thru clear trip and paid 1850 for that.That type of room now being offered in the same hotel for 600rs by clear trip for the reasons best known to them for this hefty drop.the room was like a pigeon hole and the double bed left no space for movement to any side in the room .for any thing you want in the room you have to go downstairs yourself as the intercom did not work. the staff is rude and incoperative and pay no heed to your calls.pathetic.do not ever choose this hotel if you have any other option in munnar....     I have no idea how this place got it's good reviews - I suspect most of them are not real. This was by far the worst place we stayed in during our 3 week trip in India, worse than 3rd class sleeper train or sleeper bus! Sheets were dirty and disgusting (see pics) and no sheet was given for the dirty old blanket. Pee covered cracked toilet was spewing water everywhere when flushed. Mould everywhere, zero sound insulation, freezingly cold at night, an interesting door set up that allows anyone to look you inside your room from the outside even without a key. "View" out of prison cell window leads to a wall about 50cm away. Upon check in, the guy behind a counter looked at us walking in, turned around without saying anything and proceeded to finish his conversation with his mom/girlfriend while we waited for 5 minutes, before even acknowledging us. The positives : there was hot water (but we were way too disgusted to even take a shower) and the older man working there was nice. Unfortunately those positives do not outweigh the horrible experience we had there.... More

    A lot of money for little service

    The hotel was quite expensive compared to Indian standards and did not meet our expectations: The room was extremely small and hot water was not available in the evening. When we went to the reception to ask for hot water we could not find anybody there for more than 1 h. We even called the landline and mobile number of the hotel, but no one picked up. After more than 1 hour we finally found the guys having a chat on the rooftop. At least then they switched on the hot water so we could finally take a shower... The hotel was very noise. Due to the architecture you can hear all sounds from the staircase. Children were running around and it was impossible to sleep before midnight.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
