    In winter Jan 1st week 2020 we stayed in this hotel,I found this hotel as medium in luxury and in first look, still I will strongly recommend this property for stay, though lack of professionalism, as no dental or shaving kit in bathroom, no locker in room, furniture is not up to mark as they claim four star property. One thing is very good that hotel has lift and good gen set, enabling elders to stay at any floor. Bad thing that they charge ₹400 for heater per night, where it should be provided in each room as property is not centrally heated which is very important for four star hotel. Now, why I strongly recommend this hotel, credit goes to its owner Mr. Lavany who is gem of person, takes extra care, very humble and so cooperative , one can become his fan. Second person is Mr Chauhan, the manager is also same, very helpful. I thanks him personally for his behavior with everyone. Kitchen and restaurant staff is excellent. Dishes in buffet were limited but the quality and taste was awesome. Restaurant's chef is so perfect, you just demand he will provide. In short nice management on this.... More

    Me and my friends stayed there for 3 nights ,their Hospitality was good and food was excellent . All thanks to the GM of the Hotel Mr.Nand Lal Thakur (who've made us feel like home ) . Their Duplex room ,do offers a unique experience with a staircase leading up to the second room . We do enjoyed our stay ,our Christmas party ,our food and special gesture given to us .... More

    The amazing Hotel, I have visited with my friend, i loved their place. Their room was cleaned, Air-conditioner, joint washroom etc. and they all were well set up. Noise cancellation room, Environment is too good, smoking area for people, we had their buffet was good, warm and delicious I loved their services because whole staff was very attentive and amiable. Overview

Hill County Resort & Spa is located in the mountains in Manali and is 48kms from the Kullu Manali Airport; and 161kms from Joginder Nagar Railway Station. The resort is only 2kms from Manali Bus Depot but is further away at a distance of 87kms from the Gaggal Airport. This 4Star resort is equipped with an array of facilities and amenities for its visitors. It houses an in-house spa and a health club and has facilities like banquet hall, front desk, elevator and parking facility, travel desk, free Wi-Fi, power backup, safe deposits, doctor on call, games room with pool table, in-house laundry, and postage facility. Hill County Resort & Spa is ranked as the 13th best Spa Hotel in Manali. It features rich furnishing wood works and modern interiors, and maintains 39 spacious rooms spread over three floors. There are five types of rooms: Standard Room, Deluxe Room, Luxury Room, Duplex Cottage and Honeymoon Room. All the room types have an option for an inclusive breakfast and also for inclusive breakfast and dinner. The rooms are luxurious with all the required facilities and amenities and include telephone, desk, television, temperature control, en-suite bathroom with hot and cold running water facility, coffee maker, satellite TV, radio, voicemail, private concierge, hairdryer, iron/ironing board available upon request, data port, and 24-hours concierge service. Guests can also avail the laundry and room service. The in-house restaurant serves buffet breakfast each morning. There is also a coffee shop on the premises. The resort is blessed with many natural and religious attractions around it. The Hadimba Devi Temple, Jogini Falls, Tibetan Monastery and Circuit House are all within a radius of 5kms. Snow Point and Manu Temple are at a distance of 15kms. Outdoor Activities like river rafting, snow skiing, zorbing, river crossing, trekking, mountain biking, and repelling are possible nearby the resort.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
