    Very poor "all inclusive". Everything is done to difficult consumption. In the restaurant, with all inclusive, you don't even have juice for the kids or a classic beer. There is a special balcony on bars for AI, with low resources, compared with the rest of the service. Even the espresso for all inclusive is from an automatic machine, while the "paid coffee" is from a regular machine. Old installations with low maintenance. Unpleasant employees. Low variety of food in restaurant. The garden outdoors are nice. The pools are big and the beach is nice, although a lot of stones hurting your feet on the water line. The sea is amazing.     Halfway through our stay the hotel director insisted that EVERYONE using the outdoor swimming pools must wear swimming hats and everyone without swimming hats were ordered out of the swimming pools including young children. This was for "hygiene reasons" and despite the fact the pools were outdoor and there is various debris already floating in the pools insects, leaves etc... However the hotel was selling swimming hats in the hotel shop at an inflated price. If i would have been informed of the swim hats before booking our family holiday I would not have chosen this hotel. Also we were asked to pay addition charges for numerous items once we had checked in: Additional charge for a cot that was pre booked to the room Additional charge for each beach towel plus a charge for each time the towel is changed Additional tax to be paid on arrival We had half board wristbands to demonstrate what food and drink we were entitled to, each time we requested drinking water from the pool bar we were made to wait longer than other customers and were only given a half filled plastic cup of water. The few times we made this request the bar staff ensured we were made to feel like more of an inconvenience even when the bar was empty.... More

    Firstly, the positives...The “village” is beautifully kept with a maintenance team working constantly to look after the buildings and the grounds and pools are immaculate. We went early in the season and it’s clear that they are preparing for the summer. The food and catering staff are really good, with a great selection and friendly service. There was a wide range of choices from fresh pastas, salads to grilled seafood, chicken and pizzas. The beach was lovely, clean and the weather was great for time of year. The animation team were all pleasant enough, but the evening entertainment was not of the highest quality, inconsistent, but we did have the odd fun night. Our criticisms are as follows: The communication from the resort was lacking prior to our arrival. I emailed to verify that our booking was for a “Laguna room” which has direct access to the pool. I did not receive a response. I telephoned loveholidays.com who assured me that this was the case. When we arrived, we were allocated a first floor room away from the pool, and got a bit of a “tough” response from reception. It is worth noting that the best rooms are not available to British tour operators. The “all inclusive” should be “all inclusive -LIGHT”. We were made to feel as inferior guests if we wanted anything without paying extra. When we arrived in the afternoon there were only curly sandwiches that had been sat out for hours as a snack, and the kids could only get an ice cream at extra cost, until dinner at 7.30pm. All inclusive guests have to stand on a particular side of the bar, and drinks are served in thimble sized cups, and you are looked at with distain if you ask for another. Now, don’t get me wrong, I detest the “lagered up all day mentality” but I don’t want to feel like an imposition if I fancy a couple of drinks when I’m on holiday! Alcoholic drinks are only available from the main bar, and not from the pool bar or the beach bar (requiring quite a trip) that is when they actually opened. The only other British family there felt the need to talk to the manager about the attitude of some of the bar staff, someone needs to give them a course in customer service. We were also chastised for the kids having inflatables in the pool, despite Italian families doing the same and not being told off. If you venture out of the resort there is nothing much, except a local Carrefour supermarket where you can buy your own supplies (not expected on all inclusive) The tv didn’t work, despite reporting was never sorted, but it seems nobody’s did. If you walk beyond the private beach it is a shame that you see abandoned fridges and general rubbish Our final memory as we departed was being shouted at for where we had parked the hire car in the unmarked car park as it was difficult for coaches apparently, thanks for that warm fuzzy feeling!     Brilliant staff and reps!

    I’ve given 4 stars due to the quality of some of the staff Club Esse / Jet tours supply. Without these lovely people I would probably give 3...The hotel seemed to have some intermittent, random rules they would pull out of the bag every so often which was bizarre. Also the drinks were served in thimble sized glasses and were very limited for all inclusive guests. The hotel grounds were beautiful however really well looked after and as I said most of the staff were amazing and made you feel very welcome particularly in the restaurant (and Nicola the lifeguard). But for me the staff from Jet tours really made our holiday memorable, in particular Steve, Luna and Ounaida. My 10 year old daughter was made to feel so special and had so much fun with Steve he is such a great and intelligent young man, a real credit to the resort, it wouldn’t be half as fun without him.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
