    Recently me and my friends visited this so called heritage villa(which is not at all a heritage) in lonavla. The owner of this property is Satnam Singh, this guy is really rude to this customers and doesn't know how to talk to customers. Our experience was really bad here and he also fooled others. This guy shows images of i dont know which villa and when we reached there the villa was completely different and then in return when we called him his attitude on phone towards the girls was really bad. We had fun just because our group is really good otherwise this is a hell of a villa please don't visit this place ever. It's not worth even giving a single star to it. So, please avoid going to this place!! Below is the image which he showed and the surprise that we got there!! Mark the difference because it was not even 1% of what he showed us!! Thankyou!... More

    Very Unprofessional & Disrepctful Behaviour from Hotel owner

    It is Very sad to say but we had received very shocking and surprising welcome from Hotel owner.. Reason was nothing( It was just an technical error) but the way owner behaved with us was very disrecpful and unprofessional. He( Hotel owner) was literally threatened us to leave His hotel. And that was very much unacceptable.. Overall stay was Ok.....but we would suggest that mannerisms and professionalism should be implemented... More

    horrible .. not "villa ".. nightmare place

    Have been frequent traveller and this is first time made mistake of my life by choosing such terrible .. is there word better word then terrible to describe my experience ??? Please take review on serious note and dont go by pictures shown website or any other portal like makemytrip or booking.com . (i made the same mistake by not going in by the bad reviews stated and booked it ..a blunder .. i regret ..) Sharing my experience ... 1)booked two cottages via makemytrip (homestay) ,on requesting bungalow upgrade as we were family of 8 as we found the rooms small and had parents with us . The owner Mr.Anil said it non refundable booking and we will have to pay entire amount for bungalow and if they get booking for cottages then will refund the amount of the cottages .. (the price of a/c bungalow was 14K and we had paid 13K for 2 cottages 3K for each room plus 3K extra bed ,so we requested if there is no booking were ready to pay 3K extra which would turn up to 16K for bungalow ,but he was owner was adamant not to change and asked for 6K extra for which we refused . Got to know how the owner was and wat was expected further . Just explaining the above which has no relevance to stay experience but the how the owner was and what was worse to come . 2)got the 2 cottages (A/C ) and guess wat nothing was working expect fan ,A/c and lights the following was condition of rooms 1)TV not working (tata sky recharge not done ) 2)room was not cleaned 3)ants all around the room 4)bathroom stinking 5)water smelling dirty of tab in toilet .. 6) remotes not working 7)geyser not working 8) no basic accss like hanger or cloth hanger to dry up clothes followed up with the staff and after 2 HRS of following and fighting got few things to our service and guess what the owner had to say ... "this is not 5 star property .. dont expect any hospitality ..its homestay and we are helping you ..u may get things at our pace and if it is necessary it is not our duty to provide " The owner was ridiculous rude /arrogrant and was disrespectful to talking to ladies and even threaten to "cancel " our booking and throw us out of the property ... it was shocker and we had understood we made mistake and we quietly did things on our own as we did not want to spoil outing .. got the tables /chairs on our own and other accs and moved on ... guess what checked in 12.15 and till 3pm were struggling ... 2)also the mattress /bedsheets given in poor /unhygenic condition ..just did not have any energy to argue ...and coming to other stuff a)swimming pool (very small ) and not maintained b) no other games /activity available this is how we stayed at property 1)checked in 12.15 ..struggled till 3.00 pm ,had our lunch ,took rest 2)went out for outing /dinner at 6.30 pm came back at 1.00 (late night) 3)went to sleep ,got up at 8.30 am ,packed our bags and checked out at 10.00 AM . so for about 10-12 HRS we spend 13K in such horrible place ... Please guys dont ever ever book holiday here .. i love travelling and dont mind adjusting but not this way .. with such owner /staff members Guess what the Bill which was generated stated that " extra mattress/pillows may not be provided to guess " ..from that time i gut feeling the experience would not be great and it turned out the same .. Please take reviews seriously !!! Dont want any other family to suffer ...... More

    Heritage villa to be blacklisted

    Went with family friends with kids. The most terrible villa i have ever stayed.. all online sites should remove such properties. The beds were broken. Toilet shower broken. Not a single dish or spoon available in kitchen. Cant use kitchen at all. TV not working. Bedroom door doesnt close. All in all owner was so arrogant that he fought with ladies in our group. The property is a bizzare and nightmare. Pictures would show you broken shower handle, no buket or mug in bathroom, bed with uneven mattress, electric plugs were managed by shorting the wires... Finally the bill given to me was on piece of paper with no GST or original receipts even on asking...... More

    Amazing getaway spot to cool off cityheat

    The place is amazing in terms of view and amenities. A must recommendation for people who want to spend some time away from the city. The view and location is breathtaking. Its a gold spot for a gang of friends planning a weekend getaway. I really liked the service courtesy and no interference attitude. The place also gives a homely touch and rooms are really clean and well maintained...... If you do visit the place DO NOT MISS THE POOL......... More

  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
