    Went with family friends with kids. The most terrible villa i have ever stayed.. all online sites should remove such properties. The beds were broken. Toilet shower broken. Not a single dish or spoon available in kitchen. Cant use kitchen at all. TV not working. Bedroom door doesnt close. All in all owner was so arrogant that he fought with ladies in our group. The property is a bizzare and nightmare. Pictures would show you broken shower handle, no buket or mug in bathroom, bed with uneven mattress, electric plugs were managed by shorting the wires... Finally the bill given to me was on piece of paper with no GST or original receipts even on asking...... More

    The place is amazing in terms of view and amenities. A must recommendation for people who want to spend some time away from the city. The view and location is breathtaking. Its a gold spot for a gang of friends planning a weekend getaway. I really liked the service courtesy and no interference attitude. The place also gives a homely touch and rooms are really clean and well maintained...... If you do visit the place DO NOT MISS THE POOL......... More

    Every time im here in lonavala i stay at heritage since the last 6 years or so its nice clean and tidy place with a variety of rooms helpful staff and good service thumbs up!! to the team its not in the center of the city so keep that in mind... More

    Worst villas for the Group or Friends.

    The worst worst worst.... villa I have ever seen. The staff is very care less & never came for anything at that your place. Don't believe in the pictures the swimming pool is too small & so dangerous. The inner part of the pool is broken so if anyone wants to swim, please take care of it.When we went in the pool, my friend's feet got cut,plus there was no first aid box in that villla. Most costliest and unhygienic food I ever had, (one single omelet & two breads in 80 rps) There is nothing to drink except rain water.... More

    The place is very unsafe. There are iron spikes built all around the childrens play park which are razor sharp. The spikes are just one foot high from the ground. My two girls got wounded thrice in their arms and legs. When children play they obviously fall around. But the spiky barricades are a waiting accident to happen. one fall and a child can be lethally wounded. On discussing the matter with Mr. Bunty . He says parents should be watching out the children. we are watching the children and yet the incident happened. Even i scratched my self while trying to walk around it. Please dont take your kids to this place. This place is lethal. The owner is arrogant beyond measure . they take the whole amount in the beginning and forget everything about service. Always visit the place before deciding. This is a bad place. The owners could have made the place so wonderful. But it seams they want accidents to happen. The people should be traumatized.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
