Nice place with beautiful rooms and special atmosphere

We've stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our trip in Italy. The room impressed me with the charming interior, everything was done with love and taste. Roger gave us a map and provided with all information we need. Breakfast was delicious and there were no regrets about cleanness and convenience. But during our stay there were everyday movie showing outside the nearby cafe from 9 till 11 pm and it was too loud so we can hear it with the closed window. It is not the problem of the guest house, but at that time it was a little bit annoying. Anyway, we are appreciate to owners for their kindness and hospitability. We wish Il Palagetto Guest House all the best!
Peaceful and charming 'homestay'

Il Palagetto guest house was much like being home. Our room was charming and we enjoyed the shared living room. Breakfast was delicious. Ruggerio (Roger) is so kind and attentive and very knowledgeable about Florence. We loved the location as it was so peaceful and a 20-30 minute walk to the various areas of Florence. Looking forward to returning some day.
This B & B made me smile

It was our first trip to Italy and we immediately felt cared for and safe. Ruggero welcomed us and this was the place we stayed for 4 days. We had our our private bathroom, which I had researched in advance. Room The Ginko, Had a peaceful Zen way about it. Its location was perfect for us, close to bus transportation yet was 1/2 hour walk arcross the bridge to the city. Breakfast was great, many mornings we had early tours so Ruggero made sure we were nourished before our trips. Thank you soooooo much ,Randy and Nadine

Everything was as advertised and then some. Our host Roger was lovely and made every effort to please. The breakfast was very generous! Not too far from anything, very cozy, everything you need. Would go again!

B&B Il Palagetto Guest House offers very nice atmosphere, and you can see the downtown from the hill. Very strong Wifi, and breakfast was simple and OK.
Parking is an issue where you need to take your car to the street parking, which is bit expensive.
