    Bad, Worse, Totally waste of money

    Bad, Worse, Totally waste of money. If I had the power would have given the hotel half star Pro's: The room was good. The pro's end here. Con's: The room service is just pathetic. Room Television remote was not working (switch off, volume, mute buttons) when asked to change no one bothered. Just ready to lie at the drop off the hat. Bottle of water supplied with unsealed caps. Breakfast on 1st day was a direct pick up with ice in the curd, fruits were frozen and extremely cold. Complains about the shower not working properly fell on deaf ears (for 2 days). No change of towels even after request. No morning news paper provided to the guest in the room, no laundry bags, no glasses to drink water from. In short no synchronization between the reception and house keeping teams. If you are looking for group booking just stay very far away from this hotel because they make your guest feel like the hotel has done a favor by allotting them rooms. A big let down. I had lost trust on the team that had to personally go with the house keeping team (to 15 odd rooms) to distribute the bottle of water. The management should keep a close watch on the functioning otherwise they will lose out on a very good property.... More

    Better to not rate the hotel at all. Kindly stay away from the hotel😦😦as far as possible. Room service worst... food worst n worst.... management worst over worst. No sense of management at all. Once again better to not stay or even think of staying in this hotel at any cost. Wedding planners do take care of your guests at some other place...... More

    Worst experiance ever had ; please stay away as far as possible

    We with another 4 couples from Venice were hosted in this hotel from 13th Jan 2017- 16th Jan as part of a marriage group of my school time friend of last 50 years son's wedding. points for management to note:- 1. staff completely untrustworthy, unfriendly,taking guests for a ride. 2. no hot water (delhi is cold during this period) 3. shower was pouring water everywhere in the bathroom except on our heads, nothing done by the staff after repeated request. 4. The lady, the marketing incharge was was very very rude and without manners and did no what courtesy meant. 5. menu and prices for special buffet and a b'day party organized was was completely different from what it was agreed upon initially ........this is a case of clearly a case of day time robbery. all this made me very sad for my friend who had saved all these years for his son's wedding and was spending his hard earned money and hosting in this hotel indian and his international guests. May I request the top management to send a personal apologies to mine friend Mr. ANIL GROVER OF NOIDA. THIS IS THE LEAST THE MANAGEMENT CAN DO.... More

    we 4 couples stayed here for 2 nights in november 2016.frankly speaking its not worth staying .neither food quality is good nor courteous staff.room service is poor.yes rooms were clean.no proper car parking facility,many more better options available at this price.i would not recommend to stay here for any reason.we stayed here as we had to attend wedding neaby.no inhouse facility....   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
