    Visited this place recently and had an horrific experience. We had booked 2 villas out of which one had no lights after a lot of back-through with caretaker it was not fixed till the end. No towels or blankets were provided. There was no one to assist on time. On top of this when the ceiling of one of the bedroom fell on the bed and destroyed two of our phones. The whole bedroom was messed up up and no one was ready to give a damn about it. We tried to reach the owner named 'geetanjali' who no longer reverts or is ready to compensate our losses and when we wrote a previous review, she got in touch with us and promised us to compensate for the losses and made us delete the reviews. But now the person has stop reverting and is of no help. Highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to visit the place.... More

    Don't go on the deceptive pics. This is one place to be avoided. Booking was easy and at Rs.2000/- per person was sounding a good deal too. The Pics of rooms sent on WhatsApp are very old and deceptive. On arrival we checked into the 3 bhk Bungalow and were greeted with foul smell from the damp walls. The Bathrooms were awful too. The TV unit is so dirty you cannot touch it. The Spikes of the staircase railing are dangerously bent waiting to cause an injury. No flush knobs, no drainage grill cover. The bathtub was not maintained at all. We were provided the ordered food which was good but there was hardly any furniture in the hall to accommodate 9 of us so we had to sit on the dirty floor to eat food. No chairs were provided despite request. Then there was power outage and no power back up or generator at all. So we ate in the dark under the mobile torch. Then came the absolute shocker... the house keeping maid informed us that no towels are available as they haven't been washed. She got 3 towels which were damp and stinky....we immediately vacated the "posh" bungalow. With 3 small kids we were lucky to get rooms in another hotel despite being a weekend. This bungalow was not maintained at all.... never booking anything here.... More

    Good food...good place to visit with friends and family members...wat we prder they deliver..they dont say to no loud music n all..fully co-operative..especially bungalow with private swimming pool..keep it up... More

    Realy pathetic place to visit, We get entire SITAR bungalow with 1 night stay package, but the hole palce was not maintained properly, It risky to walk in stairs, not hygenic, The pool was not cleaned. Found dead craps, dead mosquito, unhygienic One star rating only for food Good food.... More

    The food was pathetic with just water in sabji.the water in the swimming pool was not safe and hygienic to enter into and there were dead crabs and insects in pool .there was water coming out into the room.there was no proper response and their attitude was rude from people who manages here when told to clean water in pool and house.the room was not clean before we checked in and there was ants in rooms.there was no electricity in rooms.... Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
