    To start with, this hotel is a hidden gem. You won't be able to locate it at the first glance as the board is quite tiny and google has apt location for the place. But once you have located this hotel and have parked your car, walk in and you will be treated to a surprise. The hotel has a spa feeling to its reception. Its relaxing, wonderful fragrance and cosy feel to it. People at reception are warm, welcoming and rooms are good enough for a couple. Nice and cosy. Though ACs are quite noisy and takes a lot of time to cool but overall a 4 out of 5 star for the hotel. Cons would be as following 1. Lack of sensability by the staff : There was no water, soap and towel inside the room. You guys need to ask for them and then wait for like 10-15 minutes for the stuff to be provided. 2. I don't know if it was general but the window inside my washroom was transparent. Because I did not have to stay for more than a day and I was not going to use washroom much so I did not complain but check it out before selecting the room. 3. Staff is quite welcoming and warm at check in but they are quite rude at the time of check out. They won't even allow you to check out at 12 pm and will insist to check out at max 11:30. Pros would be as follows 1. Hotel's reception and decor Its beautiful. From reception to the lobby to lift to the corridor and then to rooms. 2. Queen size bed : Quite large and comfortable. In for a nice sleep. 3. Multi plug inside the room Now this was a surprise. They provide pre-fitted multi-plug inside the room so you can charge upto 6 devices at the same time. Pretty cool right? 4. Mini fridge inside the room Yeah! Great element for something specific. Only if you know what I mean. 5. X Factor of the hotel would be the room decor. They look stylish and old charm. Pretty rooms and well kept. Overall a nice experience to stay. Only issue I faced was with check out timings. Rest it was perfect. My gf loved it. ... More

    Your Cozy 'Guest House' feel..

    Hamilton to me is a comfortable cozy guest house. With limited meal options, a very guest house like attitude of staff, pleasant familiar faces, 'eager to serve but quick to refuse anything beyond the standard offers' is how Hamilton has been in the last 'over 100' stays in past 6-7 years. Some rooms are large and cozy and some rooms are small pigeon holes. Interesting things is that rooms in their dimension and types, fall into 13 different varieties but have been kept in only 2-3 categories so insist of examining a room before saying yes to a particular room.     Badly needs maintenance

    Booked this property through OYO rooms and is listed as OYO Rooms 212 Hauz Khas, Panchsheel Park South, Delhi. First the positives. very conveniently located at about 600 m from the Hauz khas metro station. Whoever set up this place originally, has taken effort to put character into the property and it is still visible. The complimentary breakfast was ok as well. Where it fall short are on all the basic needs for any hotel, the rooms are a bit run down, more due to poor maintenance than due to age. Dirty sheets, dirty and leaky toilets/sink and poor food (did not order much though and whatever I ordered, left them without a second bite). The rooms are cold and for Delhi winter, I assumed a room heater was default. Though they said they will try to arrange one, I was asked to cooperate if they could not(which was eventually the case). For the price that they charge at 2.4k/night (I paid 1.7k through OYO), they seem to take their job way too casually.... More

    Amazing location with a 5 minute drive to Hauz Khas village and a 25 minute drive to the IGI airport. Rooms are neat and clean and with water bodies all around the hotel which gives a very goof vibe. Service is good and a decent spread of breakfast. It is a total value for money.... More

    Stayed here with a couple of friends when my originally booked hotel refused to give me an early check-in. Hamilton receptionist was courteous enough to help us at that time. The location is quaint, not on outer ring road but not too far away from there either - just half a kilometer from Hauz Khas Metro station. However, the sleep quality could be better. Rooms are tiny but just enough for overnight stay. Service is nice and prompt. However, there's a lot of scope of improvement in the food department. Given that the hotel charges you pennies - some lacunae (read, food, lack of electric kettle, bathrooms without toiletries etc.) could be forgiven. The main attraction is the decoration which is quirky and extracts a smile/laugh out of you at corners. This is a recently renovated property and certainly a job well done at that.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
