    Conveniently located. Liovely property, excellent hospitality and everything was positive. We were part of a group who had booked rooms for a function closeby. Rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. Rooms are good for 3 to stay with an extra bed quite comfortably fitted in and enough space to move around. HouseKeeping staff was polite and showed real dexterity in their job. Rooms are well maintained. Service levels were awesome with a smile. Breakfast and Dinner was par excellence.     I had booked a room in Haku service apartments after the great reviews I have heard and read about them. I have to admit that from the time we entered up until we vacated, the service was impeccable. The room we booked was a double AC room. It was extremely neat with clean sheets and tastefully done interiors, the bathroom was very clean just like how you would expect in a fine hotel. The place is a hidden jewel, very conveniently located in terms of public transport connectivity and is in the heart of the IT corridor of Chennai (OMR). We noticed that the guests were mostly those who were traveling on business visits and also those who visited the cricket drome which was just in the next building. It is run by Mrs Meena who is doing a fantastic job attending to her guests, making sure all their needs are taken care of promptly and ensuring that the services offered are business class. She even offered to give us a reminder wake up call to catch our train on time. It was nice to see her walking around and building rapport with the guests. Upon chatting with a few guests there, we found that she serves the best home cooked meals, freshly prepared from scratch in their own kitchen. The guests were very impressed at how healthy yet tasty the food was and how there's always a variety every day and exclaimed that it was a home away from home for them. We had the privilege of eating a few meals there as well and were blown away by how tasty it was and their quality of standards for a service apartment. The internet (wifi) was fast and connected instantly. The car parks were ample. The water heater was great. The tv remote had a battery missing and it was changed and replaced within a minute after we placed a call to the front desk. There were also other amenities that we did not get a chance to try. On the whole, I would like to rate this place 5 stars for the service provided at such pocket friendly prices! I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family! ... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
