    They charged hefty amount of 8000 /- for 2 nights and 1 day where AC didn't work well in any room, they didn't have fans in super delux categort room, swimming pool was closed (this was inquired before i booked and they said its open) , tv didn't have channel because they didn't pay their bills, wifi didn't work.. And they were SHAMELESS TO CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT WITH ZERO SERVICE. Their paying machine didn't work too so 10pm they advice me to go out on my own and pay them cash, zero sense of hospitality. They couldn't even Connect to their own manager, staff has no sense of service. Don't waste a single penny here.... More

    It is pathetic stay option and highly overpriced.. No network, no good amenities and very untrained staff. The stay was very unpleasant and the swimming was poorly maintained.. The overall stay was miserable.... More

    Greenwoods Lake Resort & Spa is a beautifully constructed 3 star property. Set next to a compact artificial lake, this straightforward hotel is 10 km from Gujarat Science City museum and 12 km from the landmark Adalaj Stepwell. It has verdant gardens, a lake, pollution-free environment, courteous staff to look after the needs of the guests and homely food. Resort is in deep interior.So conveyance is issue.Overall, there are more than eighty classic air-conditioned double rooms, suites and villas.     my friend told me that Greenwood resort is so nice and lab lab lab... but when we reach and charges is very high only entry with meal PP is 550 and without meal 300 with allow to use swimming pool only. and no other facility the provide customer. food rate so high. i am not happy from my friend and resort management....   2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
