Comfortable and peaceful green stay!!
on Aug 30, 2017
stayed from 26 th to 27th august 2017,comfortable stay, the premisis is a home as well a kind of seperate homestay upstairs ,the lushgreen surrounding is apt for the name MEADOWS,some points to quickly some up the place point wise
1.very close to delhi metro, walking distance, suggested to get fown from yusuf sarai/green park extension side /gate of metro.(landmark to remember is lane adjacent to gurudwara) .
2.place is lush green ,as said earlier, the premisis was undergoing a furniture upgrade, i found it a good thing, atleast the money you give is invested in bringing good services to its customer.
3.The owner was friendly, helpful, due to early morning flight i had landed early,so reached there before chekin time, obviously i was sure that i wont get a room,so i asked the owner for help,so they offered a comfortable lobby for some hours to sit and relax,
4.the room was comfortable ,large enough and with all necesary needs, although i found the room fridge was out of order.
5.a small suggestion is inclusion of a latch or some kind lock from inside, other than the standard lock with door key.
overall a goid stay, looking for stay again soon in october and november.this year!!
Good but ...

Rooms are good and the guest house is very clean. Only one complaint. We asked the owner for advice on where to eat – he only suggested eating at the Green Meadow Guest House. He didn’t mention the Village and Deer Park which are very close by and have lots of good and varied choices for eating.
Sandeep possesses a special quality
on Mar 12, 2017
What an excellent guesthouse. I stayed for four nights in February 2017 and loved it for its artistic décor, leafy neighbourhood, handiness to the Metro, and especially for a special quality that Sandeep possesses. When I arrived, I was in a bit of trouble, and Sandeep, with total calm and exuding no apparent effort, set everything right.
HIGHLY Unreliable and rude owner (Green Meadows Hauz Khas/New Delhi)
on Jan 13, 2017
We picked the place due to its location. The reservation was made few weeks before the trip, and we planned to stay in Green Meadow for 5 nights. Booking confirmations and pin-codes were received by an email. I also made a special request to check in early, due to our early morning flight. I didnt receive any reply for this.
After travelling all night, we arrived to Delhi and called for Green Meadows, from where the owner told he havent received our booking at all. As we were all ready in taxi, we entered to show our booking confirmation.
The owner was acting and clearly lying that he havent received booking. Obviously he had rented our room for some tourist who paid more. The owner did not apologise properly and said that the fault is in booking.com. We had to start to search a new place, even thou we had the booking clearly confirmed. The owner was also suggesting us that there are so many places we can just walk and go to any other place, as if we don't know that. He insisted constantly that it is booking.com fault and he also said that he will cancel his booking.com page as booking.com is doing very poor job. We told him this is for the first time we have a problem with booking.com, and we have done hundreds of bookings.
He didn't do anything to help us to find another place or to contact booking.com and tell about the problem.
We also saw one confused tourist who was staying in the place but hadn't received basic information about the place (from where to get breakfast, wifi-password).
I would never go to a place managed by this unreliable person.
A good nights sleep
on Jan 4, 2017
We stayed at Green Meadows as part of our Village Ways trip. The guest house is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We did experience some noise during the night on our first night but on our return at the end of the trip we had an undisturbed nights sleep which in Delhi is quite an achievement.
Everyone at the guest house were very helpful and Sandeep gave us an excellent recommendation for somewhere to eat.
All in all a very pleasant stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
