    Its terrible, loaction: is near express way but you have to travel 8km to reach hotel from expressway amenities: Dirty swimming pool, with itchy water food: worst you can imagine at high price rooms: dirty, leaky, smelly , non maintained staff: polite( they politely says no to everything) parking: no shed if you really want to waste your money this the place for you... More

    1. When i have visited the hotel ,the hotel seems to be under maintenance and the hotel is totally crap.Water is dropping from the teraace,room were smelling like anything.corridor was totally slippery and the environment is too hygeinic.When i have complaint about this thing the manager told me to contact cleartrip for entire refund.Please find attached pictures for the same and request to process the refund on immediate basis.Our trip totally gone to crap due to this and we have lost a lot of money since booked other hotel on the same day.the hotel was like horror house and i called gave the claim on the customer care on the same day....     The only good thing in hotel is they listen your complaints at least & try to resolve, but what is the point to solve the issues after messing up their customers/visitors holiday ? Firstly there is no maintenance done in the hotel. they do have have big rooms with affordable prices , but those big rooms doesn't have proper WORKING AC in them, No clean blankets, unclean bathrooms , dirty patches on sofa cover & worse is dirty water supply. I would really want to question the manager /owner , why do you even keep the hotel active & open? We paid around 11 k for two nights , which was actually not a small amount & was a complete waste. After our day at imagica , we reached the hotel & sadly we had to waste & argue for two hours to get a good room. though the staff was ready to take to all rooms and let us decide which room we can stay in, but indeed all rooms were pathetic. Next morning , we woke we started our tour at 1 PM, reason the we couldn't take bath & freshen up due to dirty water supply ( the water was yellow in color from shower as well from tap that could cause you skin infection , thr was no springier in toilets & so on........) finally we requested to provide bisleri 20 L bottles for bathing purpose. and finally the breakfast, the breakfast area was stinking , food was smelling ...i couldn't stand this for a sec. I would suggest all my readers , please do not opt a hotel as such, there are good budget Sanatoriums in lonavala thats fits in budget & cleanliness too. And request to the hotel owner , Kindly set your hotel at least in a condition that it doesn't ruin your visitors holiday.... More

    Went for a short trip to Lonavala. Via Goibibo we got this hotel at a very reasonable rate. In all we had booked 3 rooms, the rooms are big and spacious, the toilets were clean. The pool was clean and the view was beautiful! Overall worth the money we had paid! ... More

Green land Delsol Resort is a charming property in lonavala. Good amenities for overall entertainment of the guests are there in the hotel. All rooms and suites offer all the facilities and complete extravagance. Fitted with tiled flooring, rooms at Greeland Delsol are air-conditioned and feature cable TV, a desk and a fridge. The en suite bathroom comes with shower facilities and toiletries. Guests can head to the 24-hour reception for assistance with laundry, luggage storage and car rental services. Free private parking spaces are available. Complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible in its public areas. The food gives a feeling of eating in own back yard, and it makes your taste buds itching for more. Resort offer the American plan (The A.P Plan) which includes all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 10 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
