I mean,at the same price, we could get a spacious room in another hotel. Apart from that, the place was very neat and clean and the staff were very friendly.     I believe that this is a family run business hotel . I stayed in a double AC room and I found everything satisfactory. Breakfast was included in the tariff. There is a budget non AC restaurant on the ground floor as well as an AC one, both veg only. I ate some meals at the non AC one and was happy with both the food and the service. I did have a problem unconnected with the hotel. I pre-booked my airline tickets and my stay at this hotel via an agent in Goa. For both I was given a printed vouchers as well as a confirmation smses on my mobile. Yet, when I arrived at the hotel they had not heard about me or my booking. Phonecalls to the agent obtained assurances that the money would be remitted. In the meantime I had to pay money again up front as the hotel had no guarantee that the money would come from the agent. After a 3 night stay I returned home, but the agent has yet to refund my money. What else does a person who has been given a printed voucher and has been sent a confirmation text have to do in order to be sure of his booking? ... More

    This place is acceptable if you're on a business trip and can't find any other hotel in this price range. I would not recommend for families or holiday stay. Room is matchbox size, with a queen bed, small cupboard, 2 single seater sofa and a little coffee table crammed in, leaving very little space. There is no controller for the air conditioning, it's set to some temperature and you have to live with it, or go to reception and they'll send someone with a remote. Room service is erratic. One day they were very prompt, another day they forgot my order and I reminded them after 30 minutes. There's a geyser for hot water, you'll have to remember and turn it on. There's a serious plumbing problem, I heard loud noises from the washroom between 6am and 8am, probably from the pot, because bad connection between upper floor and lower floor outlets? The veg restaurant at ground floor has good food. The people are courteous and friendly. Especially the middle aged gentleman who provides room service all day.... More

    Pour 20 euros la nuit, je trouve que c'est cher payé par rapport au niveau de confort, tout juste propre, un trou au plafond de la chambre ! A 7km de l'aéroport de Chennai, nous avions choisi cet hôtel car nous arrivions à 2h du matin à l'aéroport. Nous n'avons pas mangé notre petit-déjeuner, n'ayant pas confiance en la propreté du repas.Je déconseille cet endroit.... More

    L’hôtel est propre, situé à seulement 7 kilomètre de l'aéroport de Chennai. Pourtant on n’entend que très peu le bruit des avions. Le service est tout à fait correct. Il y a un petit restaurant dans l’hôtel avec les classiques de la nourriture indienne. Pour passer une nuit avant de prendre l'avion c'est un bon hotel.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 24 hours, Check-out Time is 12 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
