    I had 2 night stay @hotel. Overall hotel area is very nice. Nicely manage with all amenities. But we cant use all amenities. Liie pool table is not usable, swimming pool water is not clean. Last they have cleaned water 3 months bck. On water algae were flaoting. Room service was that that great. Intercom was not working. All games ( carrom, table tennis) you can play till 10:00pm. Your food last order will be at 10:00pm. Staff dont work after 10:00 pm. Rooms were clean, toilets were clean. You can bring your own alcohol. Food is not worth the price. We had daal khichdi but it ws like patients khichdi which has no taste. They dont have much option in food. Room - 7/10 Amenities- 3/10 Ambiance- 7/10 Staff - 5/10 Food- 03/10 ... More

    In Entire of my life I never seen such a worse hotel.The biggest problem is the owner of the hotel. I request you guys don’t go totally waste of money no service at all it’s a hunted place .Staff of that hotel also cursing the owner.This hotel is going to shut down soon.... More

    This place is definitely over-hyped and overrated. It is located close to market and has decent green cover. But it doesn't match its rating and price. I suspect most of the google reviews are fake. Food - Food wasn't any good. Whatever you order would taste sweet. Their buffet was poorly managed. Most of the items were over soon and guests were left staring at empty plates. They even served old and stale food items. Tea wasn't any good mostly and they don't serve coffee. Rooms - Rooms are old with broken doors and leaking toilet seats. Rooms need a complete overhauling. Play area/Kids area - Most of the equipment were broken and unusable and even their gardens need maintenance. Management - And worst of all, they have very arrogant manager, who would lie at every opportunity and try to cheat you.... More

    Grand hotel is a great place to stay. It has a swimming pool,indoor games and a badminton court. The garden inside the hotel is very well done and maintained. Overview

Grand Resort in Mahabaleshwar is situated across 6 acres of lush green forest. Hotel serves vegetarian North-Indian style cuisine and for non-vegetarians, the same is arranged from their other property-Savoy Village. This hotel in Mahabaleshwar is1 km from the Bus Stand and 2 km from Sunset Point. There are 31 rooms with its independent sit-out areas and is well laid out with modern amenities such as LCD television, back up power generator and an attached bathroom with a bath tub along with the supply of hot and cold water.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
