    This was our 3rd time to stay in this hotel. It is the best location and very safe. Every time I have come with my Husband but this time I came with my mum and stayed for 12 days. The rooms are decent lots of storage but the bath room is little small. The staff at the reception was excellent and very very helpful all the time and always welcoming and smiling. The best person was the Sikh gentlemen at the door whom we use to call Sardarji he was very welcoming all the time and use to help us to get the taxi or rickshas. The breakfast was excellent the service was very good. Only one request please sort out the Wifi and get new towels. I will for sure stay in the same hotel when I am next in Mumbai. ... More

    Stay was just ok. Staff were not so friendly at the reception. Wifi did not work well but i was still charged for it. There was a horrible smell in the hotel or in the area. Am not sure what it was. But was a really bad smell. Not an ideal place to stay on a family holiday.... More

    Decent Hotel, Terrible Service

    Stayed here with my mother in the deluxe room for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are decent, very small size, specially the restroom. The restroom is ok-a little dated and not sparkling clean-they could do better for the price they charge. The towels specially were faded and old. The biggest problem is their terrible attitude and service. I had stepped outside and my mother had to call me to ask me to buy some water bottles since she had been asking the hotel for water (even went down to the reception) for 3-5 hours and no one paid heed. She wasn't asking for free bottles but they refused to send it up. I really dont know what the problem was but their apathy, attitude and lack of concern for their guests is absolutely pathetic. This is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. Other than that, all was ok. Breakfast is very nice and so is the breakfast area.... More

    They NEED to be right and argue

    I had 2 reservations here. The first for 1 night in a studio room, and then I was leaving mumbai for 3 days and coming back for 3 more nights in a studio room. I would be spending a total of 4 nights here. Prior to arriving, I called 2 days prior letting them know that I am checking in at about 4am, as my flight arrived into mumbai in the early morning hours.. Being that check in time is in the afternoon, I wanted to make sure that I would have a room. I simply asked if my room would be available for early check in and gave the time of my check in. The man not he phone said, "certainly sir, we will have your room available". Upon arriving, low and behold, a room was available, but not the room I reserved. So they wanted to charge me Rs. 7400+ for an "upgrade to a 1 br suite and an extra nights stay. EVERY TIME I tired to explain the call I had, I was cut off. The night manager had ZERO interest and basically said that is their policy. So I paid. Upon getting into the room, the bathroom was leaking water and was unusable. They could not repair it until morning. Morning comes and I speak to the manager to have the bathroom repaired and discuss the extra nights charge. He informs me that they cant be held responsible for a broken water pipe, so no discount or offer to compensate me in another way. Also, he stated that I could have reduced my cost of an extra night by going into a studio room. When I stated that the person checking me in, said my room type wasn't available, he again, wasn't interested and told me I should have inquired about another room when the bathroom wasn't working properly, and I would have been shown to the studio room! WHAT???? I stated my case that I should have been given the studio room originally, and he basically said, it is up to me to check back about room availability. I cancelled my 2nd reservation and again, he could care less. PATHETIC, HORRIBLE service and attitude by the entire management team.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
