    An excellent long-term stay

    First the personnel who really make your stay memorable. You are welcomed to the hotel by a smiling and cheerful Sikh gentleman - the best greeting a person could ask for in that drippy rainy monsoon season. The desk staff Fahad and cohorts were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ayaan (Captain) and Sahil(?) who ran the restaurant were attentive and very personable. The staff Naresh, Mulund (forgive me for not remembering all your names) kept us well fed and happy. They were all managed by a kindly gentleman Mr. Tariq Chaudhari who made it a point to place the guests first. Cleanliness: It must have been a feat to keep the place so spotlessly clean! The rooms were large, comfortable, plenty of storage, the linen was changed every day, and the toilets/showers were always clean. It was the middle of the monsoon season and typically Mumbai is rather mucky - folks track dirt into the hotel. Still they kept it constantly under the mop. There was a bedside control for the lighting in the room, which was a welcome feature. Breakfast: This daily breakfast, included in the cost of the room, was better than we have had in any 5-star hotel in the US. It consisted of a range of north and south Indian fares, an omlette station, a light fare, fruit, ..... and it varied every day. We were there for 18 days and the breakfast sure set us in the right mood to tackle the beauracratic jobs that we had every day. The coffee also was superb. The TV did not work some of the days because of the overcast skies. That was a laundry for guests up on the 8th floor - which made a long stay possible and less expensive. An unusual touch was the jar of QUALITY cookies or the plate of fruit provided in your room each evening. It showed that they cared. On an evening when there were torrential rains and the town was flooded, Mr. Tariq approached my wife for night clothes for their female staff which we provided. We felt that they were like family.     This is the second time we stayed at g.residency and found everything was well maintained nothing looked shabby and old which is remarkable....right from reservations to check out we had a lovely experience.the General manager Mr tariq is worth mentionable for his courteous approach to clients. Breakfast is fantastic being such a small occupancy hotel and so reasonably priced i think their breakfast is great with all that one can think of and much more. every and any guest looking to stay in bandra this is the place......   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
