    We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel. First there was no hot water for most of the time. Second, the walls of the room were covered with stains and the bathroom as well. Also, teh hotel is on a very dirty street. The only thing interesting is that this hotel is next to the Karol Bagh market and subway. Finally, we had one breakfast. For all the hotel they have a simple toaster. They had no eggs, no fruits and instant coffee with hot water. There are better alternatives than this hotel.... More

    A quite basic, but relatively nice hotel with great location. Rooms are clean and have all the things you’d expect, like: cups, a fridge, tv, AC, & a water-boiler. Beds are comfortable and nice, however i experienced on one occasion a relatively hard matress, but it is very much surviveable. Bathrooms are clean, but can be rather rough-looking. Fresh towels and soaps. Wifi is fast, but a little tricky to connect to as you need the receptionists to do it. Nice and cheap breakfast, water included upon arrival to the room.     Simple budget hotel

    Rooms are simple & practical, nothing fancy, but it is a decent budget hotel. We stayed here on 2-occasions, 2-nights on our arrival in Delhi and 1-night as we were leaving India – on the last night our bed was very hard and not very comfortable. Bathrooms were a bit rough looking but clean. It seems the boiler gets shut off mid-morning so if you don’t shower before 1030-11 there may not be any hot water (I found out after my cold shower that you can ask the front desk to turn on the boiler during the daytime, if needed). Small selection at the buffet breakfast a few Indian dishes, fruit, juice, toast, tea and coffee (nescafe). We didn't have a space heater in our room but were there towards the end of January and found the temperature in our very comfortable so not a problem. There are a couple nice restaurants within walking distance to the hotel, out the front door and turn left. Free WiFi is a bit wonky, strongest signal is in the front desk area.... More

    We stayed there at the end of Dec. 2018 for 4 days. First the pros - the staff were always friendly and helpful. Any requests or problems faced were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Location wise, it is extremely convenient as Karolbagh metro is within a stone's throw. Besides, one of the biggest shopping areas of Delhi is right at your doorstep. Plenty of affordable restaurants are nearby. Now the cons - the room we got was not really nice. The commode flush leaked, the a/c remote was faulty, floor was damaged and ugly to look at. The view out of the window was crap. (However, we got a different room after a couple of days.) The hotel's food was nothing to write home about. All in all, this hotel is quite ok for convenience and budget minded people.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
