    This is not a place to stay, right from the booking till check out this hotel has flaws. The attitude of the staff is very bad. You can't believe that you are checking in a star rated hotel. The bed linen are dirty, the bathroom is dirty and rusted, rooms are not cleaned, the food is served cold, etc etc please avoid this hotel if you can... More

    A nice hotel located quite close to the commercial areas of both Goregoan and Malad

    Since most of the hotels that I normally stay in and around the Andheri/Borivali areas were sold out, the Grand Hometel was the only available option for me. For the short time that I was here, I had a good stay with no room for any complaints. The quality of the hotel and the service are both good. The location of the hotel too is good and quite close to several commercial establishments. I cannot comment on the food as I did not dine or have breakfast in this hotel. However, the pricing of this hotel is quite high given that I have stayed in similar and even higher class hotels at almost 40% cheaper rates in around the Andheri/Borivali areas. Cheers Sriram...     The place : located in Malad west right in Mindspace area this is hotel is well placed. The property : 9 story building with dinning on 1st floor. Not sure abt swimming pool. The rooms : rooms are not big but are ok. I was given a room on 9th floor which had a very strong smeel of paint (either fresh coat given or from nearbuy under construction rooms). Couldnt stand it and had to chnage it. Got 2nd room in 6th floor which was ok. The service : Found front desk as well as house keeping a little laid back. The facilities : get wifi was a big challenge. 3 password combo didnt work. Thw wifi speed was a big let down once it was connected.     I booked my son’s birthday party at Panorama banquet. I was very impressed with the customer service I received as I went through the process of booking this party. I had a ton of questions as this is our first time having a party at Hometel and each time I called and spoke to Vishakha Rai she was not only courteous, friendly and informative but she also offered great suggestions and showed a lot of patience. It is such a treasure to have such a happy, outgoing and cheerful employee, so I found it really important to bring it to the attention of management. My family and friends had an amazing time celebrating my son’s birthday and I feel really good about choosing Grand hometel Malad Mumbai.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
