    Don't expect much from this hotel apart from stay..no complimentary drinking bottles, no good breakfast , difficult to identify hotel location but it is very good location .they don't allow to use swimming pool after 7 pm .no wifi .3000 INR is not worthy for one night stay.     Nice Budget Resort.

    Hi, I booked this hotel in the last week of May. Rooms are very spacious with a balcony overlooking their swimming pool. I had booked two rooms specifically at ground floor but due to a late check in was not able to get it. The manager and staff did a great job in arranging one room at ground floor since I was visiting with my parents who are senior citizens. The Location is a bit hard to find but no regrets since once you are in the resort , you will have a good nights sleep which is what you are looking for. The location is abundant with trees all around. The room service and food (vegetarian) service is impeccable. All the staff is very helpful. There is some minor power outage but the resort has an in-house generator which nullifies the power failure. All in all it was a worthy experience as all the beaches are within 6-8 Km and yet away from the hustle bustle of it. Overall it was a good experience. Regards, SP Mehta... More

    Pros: Good service, decent staff Decent Room (the bathroom could have been better) Cons: TERRIBLE mobile network coverage (it's terrible in all-caps mind you) Location is also not great. Those looking for proximity to Baga or Anjuna, could be disappointed. It is about 8 kms. from Baga. One can look for an option closer to the beach.... More

    Hi, I was given room no 3 in this property. Room is ok but quality of bed sheets is bad. We were given torn towels, which we asked to change. We were given other towels which were also of poor quality. It boasts of 3 Star amenities, But even room cleaning is not done everyday. My toilet flush was leaking and even after informing twice nothing was done about it. We asked to put new batteries in watch in room, even that was not done. They were renovating so no games were available to play except pool and I saw dead cockroach in kids pool area. Breakfast is not great with very few options.... More

    The Rooms are good per say but at an offbeat location one would get lost searching for the place. The Manager Jhon is the saving Grace for this place i must say Courteous, Friendly and always available. I was sold a membership of this group which i must say is a farce as the promised renovated property in lonavala ( fictitious) i guess never came up after five years of wait ..i guess it will never come up too Coming to the property Rs1500/- for the price of a room is ok but i guess there r better choices ....   3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
