    I booked this property at the last moment and was lucky to find a good deal on trip advisor. The entire property looks great as you enter the hotel, nice paved entry, Good waiting area. Spacious and very well done rooms with a roof top pool, and restaurant. The hotel staff was very cooperative I reached for breakfast at 10:30 when they have closed still they offered me cut fruits and a dosa. What i feel they can have a better dine in place, as I had dinner a night before and it was a okay experience They have a cafe on ground floor but that was already closed when I check-in and was not open while I checked out so can't comment on that Overall a good stay. ...     Leaves a lot to be desired

    Although Goldfinch is a chain hotel but staying there for 2 nights with my family was an experience suited to a 3 star hotel at maximum. It's undergoing expansion/renovation so maybe the new rooms might be better but the current rooms are quite small. They probably bought out an old hotel property and did a few cosmetic upgrades. They did not provide any complimentary airport pickup and drop which a lot of other hotels in the vicinity do. I stayed here because of its proximity to the airport and for some work in powai area. The breakfast buffet was adequate and quite satisfying although it's in an adjacent building which is under construction. Next time I visit I'll probably look at other places to stay as there are better options nearby at the same price point. ... More

    The hotel is undergoing expansion / refurbishment- The rooms ventilation on entrance was not good- Only after switching on the AC for half an hour, the atmosphere is livable. The breakfast was served in adjacent building second floor and lunch also . Dinner was served in the ground floor in open surroundings- Buffet dinner in basement was satisfactory.     Disappointed - from checkin to checkout

    I had requested airport pickup. Upon landing at 5.10 am, I found no one from hotel for my pickup. I took a cab and reached hotel. The guy at reception were not aware about this and I had to show an email I received from them which confirmed my airport pickup. First they said, I did not request any airport pickup, then they said I did not provide any flight details. Very poor management. Room was ok. Seapage at a few places. It looked like the quilt cover was not changed from last checkout. Since I had a day use and I was not to sleep, I did not complaint. But this is something which needs serious attention for a hotel which calls itself an boutique hotel. During checkout, they gave me a wrong and inflated bill. One phone call which I never made was included in my bill. Morning airport pickup which never happened was charged and worst, complimentary airport drop as per my booking was charged too ! Food was ok but morning breakfast venue looked very poorly managed and lacked cleanliness. Worst part is lack of welcoming attitude which is mandatory in a hospitality industry. In all of the interactions I had with the hotel staff, I found none smiling and with a positive/welcoming body language. I stayed just due to proximity to my meeting location otherwise there is a lot for the hotel to improve.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
